0:00Good morning, girlies, it's the toast. It's Jackson, Claude, and we're your hosts. It's your favorite show, the fast five things you need to know. We'll start your day off swirly, it's the toast i sound amazing welcome back to the chose and happy wednesday hump day don't forget times when you love speaking of somebody i love it's my sister my sister in christ my sister in life your sister in blue yes blue wave try not to read into it too much you guys we're so like simpatico too like both wearing i just i happen to have gotten a new sweater guess where my sweater's from? TJ Maxx. I know you just shopped there. You literally just went there. Rude. Rails. Rails. That's right. It is? Yeah. Wait, really?

0:58That's why I asked, like, why would you give a shit where my sweater's from? But it's from Rails. No, there's a couple places it could be that are near and dear to us. TJ Maxx. And there's absolutely nothing wrong. Target. Rails. But someone saying that your sweater looks like it's from TJ Maxx is like not like, they don't know that like, you know, you could properly hunt a good bargain. Or it could have been nudes, like our other favorite brand. No, it's rails. Okay, well, I love it. We are thinking about switching sweaters mid-show. I'm just looking like a little busty in this sweater, but the thing is, the facts of the matter are, I'm an extremely busty woman. I don't know if a sweater's gonna change that.

1:28Let's change each other if we remember. Like, that would just be a fun, funny thing to do. Yeah, and, like, yours just looks, like, light and fun. Yeah, it's like a sweater, but it is pretty thin. Yeah. Pretty deceptive. Okay, that'll be fun. Fun fair. Something fun for you guys to look forward to in the middle of the show. I think blue is, like, my new favorite color. Try not of the show. I think blue is like my new favorite color. Try not to read into it too much. Blue is your new favorite color. Yeah. Like everything in my life is sort of blue now. Now pink will always. Boy mama. Boy mama things. It's just like the color of our family, I think like this light blue. And so yeah, blue is my color.

1:58I kind of feel that recently green is my color. Not us trying to appeal to everyone. Blue is our color. I'm just, I didn't like you guys are reading into it. Do you feel that green is my color you're not us trying to appeal to everyone blue is our color i'm just i didn't like you guys are reading into it do you feel that green's my color no i think you look beautiful in green but if i had oh i'm sorry sorry my family color you're oh okay yes sage of course when you have one son your family color is sage yeah no but also it's like a woman who's not ready to accept blue in her life when we're in new york we're more like hunter deep emerald that i completely agree here yes we're very sage ruby and ben both

2:31have green eyes green green is kind of like the fabric of my life is green the color of the independent party do they have a color i white i feel like it's red and maybe it's purple it's so that would make a lot it should be red and blue combined because you're like a little bit of both. Not you. Not us. We would never. We would never, never. Like, we would not never. This is us trying to say nothing. You know what I mean? Because if you say we would never, that's a statement. And I'm stating nothing. I just want everyone to enjoy the show. No matter where you come from. No matter if you're crying today, if you're celebrating, the toast is here for you. The toast is always here for you. How many election days have we survived now?

3:10That's a great question. Well, regular elections, probably what, eight or nine? Well, as many years as we've been doing the show. So eight or nine. Presidential, two and four. 22, 24. Yeah. Because we weren't in 2016. Those are obviously. And once you've been through two and four on a public platform, I'm not afraid of anything. You can get through anything. What is six? What is 26? Nothing. So I hope everyone had a great election day. I didn't make a chili because I've been surviving on chili for 48 hours. We've sort of like hit our max with chili. But I did make a pargy loaf or it's on the way to be made and it will be for you and your family. You made bread? I was actually, it's going to be baked right when I get home.

3:50I was thinking about not, this isn't to like slight you in any way, but I think it will be better for both families. I love when a statement you make comes with like a forewarning. I think it will be better if I cut a loaf in half and give it to you and keep a half for myself because I don't finish the whole loaf in a timely manner and it gets moldy and like that's sad. So I feel like half loaves are the thing. I actually have a hot take on sourdough. Now you make multiple kinds, but like the OG shape. Boulet. The boulet really doesn't work for me. I know. Half of it is unusable. And if you're making like a nice thick slice, pulling a piece for yourself for a snack, you get like four slices.

4:30Yeah. Sounds efficient. Boule is not good. No, boule is impressive. Boule is beautiful. But for everyday life, I go sandwich. Jacqueline boule. But I'm going sandwich and I was going to gift you sandwich. Sandwich. Sandwich. The Earl of Sandwich. Thankwich. The Earl of Sandwich. That really works for me. Okay, great. I have to just go home and bake it. Just small. Just bake it. No big deal. The hard work is over. So like that was my like election day cooking. I didn't cook much and it's probably for the best, you know. I had a home cooked meal, of course, by my husband. Author of? Author of Spritz's Guide Upside Down. Oh, I just want to say, whoever set up the studio today hates Ben. Noted, I will tell him.

5:11Not only was his book removed, Spritz's Upside Down. She's making a statement, and you know what? I respect it. Let's give it a taste. Ben's debut cookbook comes out in June, but please feel free to pre-order it. It'll just show up. You'll forget all about it, and then in June you'll be like, oh, look at this gift I gave to myself. I'm such a thoughtful person. Except you never really forget all about it if you order it on, you'll be like, oh, look at this gift I gave to myself. I'm such a thoughtful person. Except you never really forget all about it if you order it on Amazon because it's always going to be top of your orders. They will not let me forget about Jalen Brunson's debut novel. They will not let me forget about Sophia Franklin.

5:35And they did not let me forget about Babs. Every day with Babs, the cookbook. I still haven't pre-ordered. She left the note in to Photoshop her arm. I love that. That's amazing. That, like, when i write a cookbook it will be full of issues and it's like i got the first edition like first printing so i have you get the i have it it's in mine sorry sorry babs for bringing that up again yeah you know it's like her roman empire and you keep bringing it up i know it was just one of my kelly clarkson and the smacking her kids it was a a spank, not a spank. And what do you think is worse? A spank or a smack? Depends on the location. When I think of smack, I think of like when we were kids, like we would smack each other.

6:14In the face. Yeah, like arms. We just use the word smack a lot. We were like kind of physical young women. We wouldn't spank each other. No. Spanking is more of an authoritarian. We were actually extremely physically violent with one another, for girls yes but not for siblings no but like we were like beating the hell out of each other sorry olivia was beating the hell out of us slap you know just slaps yeah we used to slap we didn't like wrestle but we were obsessed with slapping yeah never in the face really i feel like only in the face oh my god no like arms and shoulders that's nothing that's a pat yeah right that's what I do when I laugh and that's the other thing is like I think it's very shocking to Ben because like I'm a smacker you know when I laugh yes I'm

6:53like oh how dare like and he's like ow you know but I grew up in a smack house like I used to be smacked out I'm such a physical laugher like I'm and I feel like I always do to you and you're like ow you you you're a shover oh yeah you're not, ow. You're a shover. Oh, yeah. You're not a spacker. You're a full-blown shover. Yeah, that feels good. Yeah. How funny. Can you believe it, Klaus? I can. Stop touching me. But don't do me. I'm very tender. I'm also very tender. Are you tender? I didn't know that about you. Oh, you don't? No. When I go to a massage, I always have to be like. I always have to tell them that I'm tender. I get, if you like dig your thumb into my side a little too hard, I always have to be like... I always have to tell them that I'm tender.

7:28If you dig your thumb into my side a little too hard, I'll feel it for a few days. I'm always like, my skin is very juicy and sensitive, I would say. Juicy and sensitive. Yeah. It's usually in my hips. If I bang my hip on the corner... Oh, no, I'm sorry. That area that you just pointed to is tender, I think, for all. Love handles. Tender for all. If I like bang it into the corner of a table, like I will die. No, but that's painful for everybody. No, but more for me. Well, everything is more painful for you because of the dramatics. Because I'm special. No, I'm special. The word you like is special. Because of the dramatic effect. Because I'm extremely special. Very special. What else can I complain about for a major, major milestone?

8:08It's perfect because one of our sponsors today is Parallel. And I'm extremely brand loyal. I do take the Parallel prenatals. And unlike other prenatals, it's not one vitamin. It's a pack. And it's always a challenge for me to get them down. It's five pills. I'm not a good swallower at all. Ben could take like six pills dry. Sick. Yesterday, for the first time ever, them down it's five pills i'm not a good swallower at all ben could take like six pills dry sick yesterday for the first time ever i got all five pills down in one drink that's not safe i usually do two and three but it just prolongs it and it's like i just want to get it done that's not safe coaching you don't think i don't know i wasn't alone ben was there i guess i wouldn't do it

8:41alone i don't like it well i did. And I felt so proud of myself. And then it reminded me of the time. Do you remember the first time you ever swallowed a pill? Like, is that a core memory or just for me? No. So I remember when we were youths, I couldn't swallow pills. It was actually really inconvenient. And like a certain point, like you're getting to middle and high school, like you can't be taking liquid Tylenol, you know? So I remember sitting down on a couch and like teaching myself how to swallow pills, practicing using M&Ms. So here I was, I was like, I was like chugging water and M&Ms like in the living room by myself. And I just remembered like when I did it for the first time, it was

9:19like that sense of accomplishment. It doesn't leave you. Yeah. It was amazing. And that's how I felt last night. Another core memory. Oh, I wanted to say something else. Yeah. So a lot of people like sort of inadvertently complimenting me. On? My youth. When? They were like, Claudia, you need to stop saying Connor Wood is like Gen Z, Gen Z. He's literally 31. I'm 32. So yeah, we're Gen Z z how did you put that together how do i put what together like that that they're complimenting you on your youth because i said like claudia connor's gen z actually like if you think that someone millennial is gen z that makes you a boomer i actually think in this conversation i'm blowing up connor woods's spot people don't realize he's 31. He's such a baby face.

10:06And he is like sort of the face of like the TikTok Dancing with the Stars movement. And I think like me even having this conversation like poses a threat to his standing in the competition. You think so? Like, do you think if you look him up his age, like when he has his birthday on Instagram, does he say like the big three ones? Definitely not. Oh really? It's very inconvenient to him. That's why I'm glad i'm not a tiktoker obviously like i wish that i was i wish i had millions of followers on tiktok but i would constantly be like hiding my age 1995 i'm 94 like we're so young i actually think it's for the best that i'm not a successful tiktoker because i would really have a lot and i make jokes and stuff but

10:40i really i'm fine with my age like i am um i don't think I would be if I was a TikToker like a big if TikTok was my platform why because it's for it's for young kids like it's it's a young girls game come to Reels you'll feel so young I am at Reels like I you're there but you're not 10 toes down well I'm not really 10 toes down on anything except the podcast. That's true. Everything else is just like... You just give a piece of yourself. But we want the whole self of turd self. Not everyone can have the whole turd. A lot of people want the whole turd. You can't have it. You guys, I got my Botox yesterday. Has it settled? No. I think so. Already, I can feel it a little bit of like less expression which is so exciting oh nice yeah we're so happy for you thank you well you look great

11:32like you have that pregnancy glow oh please and you have all your hair that is true you know like I have like stubs yeah so I get at least a clean farm like at least you can like take action on your stubs. You mean like minoxidil and stuff like that? If you wanted to. No, no, no, no. It's not that serious for me. I could see. I was doing my hair yesterday. I see the regrowth. It's doing what it does. It just takes time. And you just have to be patient. But no, I'm not having extreme anything enough to take a prescription medication. You know me. Yeah, clean girl. I keep it low-tox. Clean girl with her Botox. Except for the Botox. Low-tox plus Botox. Of course. All the clean mamas do medication. You know me. Yeah, clean girl. I keep it low-tox. Clean girl with her Botox. Except for the Botox.

12:05Low-tox plus Botox. Of course. All the clean mamas do it. It's true. Like I'm not that crunchy, you guys, that I would forego Botox. Are you crazy? Nobody's that crunchy. No, Kourtney Kardashian is. But I'm not. Yeah, but it's easy to go low-tox, no Botox. When like you're up until you were like 40, you did do all of those things to preserve. So she looks now almost 50, what she might've looked like 35, you know, she had like 20 years of doing the talks. Yeah. But also that's what crunchy is to me. Like it's not totally, I don't even know the word for like all the way. I hippie, I guess. Yeah. Crunchy is like mid. Granola is all the way. Right. I guess. And then like, if you're crunchy, you just like a little bit, a couple bits of granola. Right. And right i guess and then like if you're crunchy you just like a little

12:46bit a couple bits of granola right and that gives you a crunch exactly but you're not full crunch i wouldn't i am not granola like do you think what if paltrow gets botox no right i think she truly walks the walk uh-huh i think it's a little bit easier for her because i think she has the natural genetic predisposition to being a youthful yeah in addition to all of the modern abilities to keep her looking young and all the procedures that are not invasive you know what I mean and I think she devotes really her life to it um because that is her full-time job like goop literally is her job so she's just a walk she has to walk the walk yeah while the rest of us you you know, don't. Yeah. But I think, yeah, I think some people are just blessed.

13:29Yeah. That does remind me speaking of, you know, women of a certain age. I saw another clip from this week's episode of Golden Life and I've decided I will be tuning in weekly. Ramona gets into a fight with like the stylist. I guess they're doing a photo shoot for the TV show, which I like that sort of like meta element. They're like, oh, we have a show and show and like yeah we're talking about the show and so they sit down in hair and makeup and there's like this random woman sitting in the glam chair getting her hair done no and also Ramona's looking for the stylist so she's like where's the stylist somebody's like oh she's right there and it's the woman getting her glam done and Ramona was like who are you and why

14:01are you getting your glam done and it's like Sonia and Luann are like standing there waiting to get their hair done while this rando stylist gets her hair curled. Ramona is 100% right. 1,000%. Growing up is realizing Ramona Singer is not crazy. No, and her delivery is sometimes off, of course. Nobody's perfect. But at the core of what she's saying, she actually wasn't even rude enough to that stylist. I need to watch this episode the clip like really hooked me in and yeah I think it's gonna be amazing like I need to watch oh god I'm afraid I worry I just don't want to say I fear because then like I'm in the low IQ category yeah I worry that the show is like great clip farm, but in terms of watching a whole show

14:46and a whole episode and the plot and everything, it doesn't live up to the clips. Well, I watched half of the first episode and I did enjoy it. So I'm going to give it another chance. I'll get back to it. I have so much reading to do because I still have to finish Partita. We didn't, Redheads is going to be delayed. We'll be uploading next week. Apologies, fam. Calamity Club, I was halfway through when I started Partita. And then our book club is choosing a different book because Calamity Club was too big. So I'll have to read that too. I think we're going to read The Correspondent. I've heard amazing things. I've heard nothing, but I'm so out of like the book world. I know, but like these are the books.

15:21I trust you implicitly. Which is like good because it'd be like if you picked up a book in 2020 and all you read was crawdads seven husbands and daisy jones and you're like wow books are amazing yeah there's no point in like reading a book if you don't read a lot there's no point in picking up a book that's not like of the moment because the whole point of reading books is like being able to tell people it's like oh did you read that yeah i did yeah but it's like when you read a lot of contemporary books in one year and you've read all the hits, you start to read the shits. Well, I actually think sometimes the hits are like Goodreads plans and a lot of the hits are not that good. No, no, but like Crawdads, that was on another level.

15:54Yes, Elite. Like, no, you could feel when something has like the cover and the look and then it's actually like not that great. That's different. But every year there's like two or three banger books. I would say Strangers was one of them. Strangers? Copper's Bell Burden. Copper's Bell Burden. Of course, I read it. And it's like, maybe you didn't even like love it, but it was a talking point. I guess it's the last book I read. Yeah. It wasn't even that good. But when you, when we were reading like 60 books a year, like we were actually reading just garbage at a certain point because there was nothing good else to read. And God forbid we read something something like a classic jackie when i was reading 60 books a year

16:27some of the shit especially in like november december to hit my reading goal was like actual pamphlets and like short stories written by like non-authors like i don't even want to talk about what i was reading like it was dark so it's like if you read a book today just like how you read copper's bell but burden it would be great because it's like the book that everyone loved that they say you should read. I'm much more selective now. Much more. Much more selective. Much more. Much too good for children. Well, do you want to get into the stories? I guess what is the vibe of them today? I know. It's really like random celebrity news. I guess everyone yesterday was busy out there like making a plan, grabbing an elderly person.

17:03Oh, that's true. An umbrella and a snack. So they weren't like acting out. That's unfortunate. No, so they really weren't acting out. And anyone who makes Election Day about them is actually not strategic because you're never going to outshine Election Day unless you're Tom, Jordi, and Eric getting divorced on Election Day. Some people try to use Election Day as a divergence from what's actually going on. Which is also just like a life raft for us. And I think those people and us. We're extremely connected. We need to get together and have a party of things. Tom and Erica did buoy us. That was 2020. Like, thank you, Tom and Erica. She knew what she was doing. But thank you, Tom and Erica. But the funny thing was that it literally didn't even work.

17:40If anything, like her attempt to hide it made people even more curious. No, no. There was nothing else to talk about on that day if you don't talk about politics. So it was all we talked about. Yeah. But we don't give her enough thanks for that. We don't. Thank you, Erika Jayne. Let's get into the Fast Five stories that you do need to know. And the Fast Five stories that you need to know are brought to you by Ivy City. You've probably seen it everywhere lately and plenty of famous faces are fans too. They're a company that's known for the matching mommy and me looks and that's both for girl mamas and boy mamas. I think a lot of boy mamas feel left behind in the whole like mommy and me vibe. Ivy City has this covered.

18:14They have a little something for dads too. They have sizes from newborn all the way through teens so the whole family can mix and match. Their women's pieces stand out on their own. So that's dresses, sweaters, pajamas in sizes through Women's Plus. And it's not just for the kids. So their holiday stuff is so cute. I actually just bought a bunch of hair bows from this company. And that's when I saw that they did Mommy and Me for boys. It's so cute. The holiday stuff was very, very cute, like very holiday aesthetic. They've got dresses, sweaters, and shirts that you're going to wear all season long, of course, for Mama. Like, where are we shopping for kids? But, like, what about Mama? It's a nice mix of timeless

18:46pieces and festive ones, so you and the kids are ready for every holiday moment. You never know when you're going to get your next family photo. Today's episode is also brought to you

19:25by Columbia Sportswear. So your winter coat is sort of this like, it's honestly baggage. Like you don't know, should it be a part of your outfit? Should it not be a part of your outfit? Some of them are just like so ugly. Some of them don't, you know, they're more stylish, but they don't even keep you warm. Every winter we all have the same problem. You put together an outfit, you love your outfit, and then you throw on a big, giant, ugly black puffer on top and it just ruins the entire thing. So we don't want to choose between looking good and actually being warm. And that's why we love Columbia and the Amaze Puff. It's something that, you know, you would pick out because you like the jacket, not something you're

19:56just reluctantly putting over your outfit because it's freezing outside. It's an oversized, elevated shape, giving you that puffer look that you want without feeling like you're wearing expedition gear. There are so many colors and finishes that you can choose from. It really will feel customized and tailored to you instead of automatically just buying like another black winter coat. It comes in different lengths, so you can choose a silhouette that works best for your style, for your outfit, and how much coverage you want. It has 650 fill down insulation, so there is real warmth behind the look. This is not one of those cute jackets where you walk outside and immediately realize you made a terrible decision. No, it's like a real winter jacket. You can lay layer

20:27underneath as the temperature changes. So it works when it's chilly and it also works when it's like really cold winter. You can wear it out for coffee, for errands, for dinner, for travel, walking around the city, whatever you're doing. As born and bred New Yorkers, we actually have like extremely high standards for puffers and this one truly passes muster. So head to Columbia.com to get your hands on the Amaze Puff Jacket. It's tough on cold, soft on you. That's Columbia.com, and the jacket is called the Amaze Puff Jacket. Tough on cold, soft on you. Today's episode is also brought to you by Jolie, a beauty wellness company with clinically proven filtered shower heads designed to remove chlorine and heavy metals that can damage your skin and

21:02hair. So not to be like the bear of bad news, but you could be doing all the hair masks and face masks that you want. But if you're showering in bad water, your hair is going to feel hard. Your skin is going to feel dry, stripped. A Jolie shower, a filtered showerhead is something you can use to replace your showerhead. It's very easy. It's a universal size. Like it fits almost every showerhead. It's very aesthetic. It's really pretty. And it just filters the water that you're showering in, Thus making your skincare, your hair care, all these, you know, elaborate products that we're buying, spending money on, making them work better. So it installs in minutes. It fits in all showers. It's a really

21:35effortless way to elevate your daily routine. It'll help you look and feel better without having to try harder. The Jolie shower head is the perfect base for your routine. So before doing any skincare or hair care, Jolie is sort of the baseline because if your water's not working right, like nothing else is going to be. And then, of course, on a more shallow level, it's a very chic showerhead. I know a lot of people spend a lot of time designing their showers and are worried about, you know, swapping it out. They have different metal finishes. It's very sleek. The aesthetic will elevate your space. So your shower will feel like a luxury spa or even an expensive hotel. Try Jolie risk-free for 60 days by going to jolieskinco.com slash toast. That's J-O-L-I-E

22:11skinco.com slash toast. Jolie is also now available in Costco and Target, both online and in store. So that's jolieskinco.com slash toast. Today's episode is also brought to you by Rothy's. We love Rothy's. We're currently obsessed with their clogs. Rothy's is one of our OG sponsors. If you've been listening to the Toast Forever, you know Rothy's. And clogs are kind of having a moment. I feel like everybody's making clogs and the Rothy's ones are so good. So a lot of celebrities have been spotted out. You've probably seen them like friends and family at the airport or traveling for the holidays. Everyone's wearing their clogs. They're luxe, they're stylish, and they're so comfortable. They really are that good. They sell out quite frequently. They've

22:48sold out actually more than 10 times. So once you slip them on, you'll understand why and you'll understand the urgency in which I say, go get yourself a pair of clogs from Rothy's. They go with everything and they somehow make wearing sweats look intentional. They're unbelievably soft and comfortable. And while you're on the website, might I suggest just checking out all their other shoes. I have so many pairs of Rothy's. You guys know not to make everything about me. I do suffer from like what I think is flat feetism. I can't really be on my feet for that long unless I'm wearing my Rothy's. They're so supportive. They've got like really good cushioning and arching to help support your feet throughout the day. When I'm in the city and I'm walking a lot, I walk a lot in my

23:19Rothy's and they also have really cute kids shoes. I didn't even know they had kids shoes until recently. It's so freaking cute. So snag a pair at rothys.com. You will literally never take them off. R-O-T-H-Y-S.com. Snag a pair today. I'll snag them. You better pay for them. But you told me to snag a pair. Snag them. Our first story, some Dancing with the Stars follow-up. So Tatiana Ali is hinting at how she chose her Dancing with the stars group dance team with quote an intentional strategy yes so tatiana ali responded to a user on threads someone threaded what's the word for road the verb for threading road they throwed tatiana they sound like they threw a ball but i just want to say this person's

24:01tweet was like funny and to the point and actually really like I'm glad that she responded to it because they were so right so this person said Tatiana as the lowest scored person why wouldn't you choose at least one of the stars with a dance background for your team crying emoji so that would be Jenna or Harry yeah someone responded to that threader saying maybe I'm reading too much into it but but she strikes me as someone who is very intentional about who she shares spaces with. And I think who she picked was a reflection of that. Emoji. Shrugging emoji. Tatiana responded to that very much so. Yeah. I mean, I'm glad that there was a reason other than the fact that she just like makes bad choices because it was such a bad choice.

24:42And it did cost her the team competition. Like it was so unbalanced. And so this could either be about Jenna Dewan, Val, or Harry, or Jenna Johnson. Because those are the people that have professional dance backgrounds plus their partners. It's not about Jenna Dewan and it's not about Harry Shum. It's obviously about Jal and Venna. Yeah. People are assuming it's about Val and the Fresh Prince comment. course and we forget she doesn't Tatiana was on the Fresh Prince like she's personally invested she's not yes she's not no like Alfonso too you know like definitely she has beef with them like you think so I feel like they all love each other and I I was shocked to actually hear that there would be like beef behind the scenes because I feel like what they're going through is so singular and they're just like this and yeah

25:28when something happens someone's getting called out like I don't know I just feel like they've all sort of rallied behind each other and that there's actually beef and that she doesn't like bow for that comment is surprising yes I agree they do usually present a united front because it's like well maybe there's you know interpersonal communication issues nobody knows what it's like to be going through what they're going through. And it's very much like a team mentality, even though they're all in competition with one another. So, yes, I am actually surprised to hear that. And then more than that, that she would say something publicly that publicly puts her opposed to whichever cast member she's talking about.

26:00This should be awkward. Right. I don't know how much interaction. Are they? How often is she seeing val and jenna um aside from the actual night of the dance the show which like you're worried about your own dance but like still there's rehearsals there's blocking there's you know but not with each other is there like what would talk to you honestly val i imagine the day before the show when they do rehearsals like they all have to like block the show and like line up. No, I feel like they go by each person's performance. Like, I guess, and like the people that are all rehearsing, like the same center. Do they have lunch together there? So studios look the same. So let me say something. Actually,

26:36I feel that my time on mass singer actually can help here. Now we were kept more separate because of the anonymity of it all. But like when we were talking about like song selections, I realized I I realized I think it's probably the same as The Masked Singer. Before The Masked Singer, they give you this huge questionnaire about who your favorite singers are, genres you like, things that people associate with you, stories. You have actually a call with a therapist. Not a therapist, but it turns into therapy. Tell me about your childhood. And they try to incorporate everything you've asked them to within the limits of like what songs can be clear legally, what songs have recently been danced or sung to.

27:11But at the end of the day, like it's their call. Like I did not want to sing See You's Unstoppable. That song meant nothing to me. I honestly didn't even know the words. They were so right. Of course. Now, of course, they gave me Barbra Streisand as well because they wanted it to be a clue. And the next week that you had picked your song for, you had picked because it was a themed week. I hadn't picked it yet. And they gave it to me. And I didn't like it. Oh, but it was based on you. Yes. Can we say what it was? Yeah, it was Spice Girls night. And they wanted me to sing, Mama, I love you. And they're so right for that because not only did that song raise us and we have so many videos of us singing that song to our parents.

27:45I had just, I had five of those. Your whole thing was that you're a baby and that's literally why you had to leave because you're such a mama. Yeah, no, no. They were so right. Vision wise, but that was not my choice. Like, I don't even know the words to that song outside of mom, I love you, mama, I care. They're going off of things about you. And also, yeah, we saw. Sometimes they do know better. Absolutely. That for Dancing with the Stars, they fill out this huge questionnaire beforehand, like favorite movies, favorite songs, like dream things to dance to. We know Jackson Olsen was going to be greatest showman the following week because he was like the greatest showman. And that was so inspiring to him.

28:11So I do think Tatiana has a... A say. Is responsible for a lot of the choices made. But it's entirely possible that she's not. It's true, but I just... Like I had no part in Sia. I really didn't. I had no part. Now I was wrong for that. But still had no part you told them no they changed it the last minute I was supposed to be singing what's my second song supposed to be a Celine Dion song but like there were so many people who had recently sung Celine Dion they gave me a song that actually I didn't love and then I practiced it and I was like obsessed with it. And then they changed. Shit, I could find like the sheet music. It was, it wasn't even, it was like, not It Takes Two. It Takes Two to Make a Thing Go Right?

28:57No, no, no, no, no. It was, not The Power of Love. It was like, it's one everyone knows, but like not one of her. From Celine? Dionne. Oh, okay. not the power of love it was like it's one it's one everyone knows but like not one of her dion oh okay let me just find it in case people really want it behind the scenes to love you more was that yeah that sounds yeah that's a good song it is it's not one of her biggest hits but i was so excited and then it just like didn't work out i actually forget the exact reasoning but unstoppable was so iconic best thing that ever happened to me yeah so sometimes they know best yeah um oh so the beef yeah it is it is a brave thing to like start beef now like especially there's fewer and fewer contestants so it's like just getting like a smaller pool of people you do definitely see while you're there um so i would love to know

29:49like you're gonna have to give us a little bit more like we're just assuming it's about fresh prince maybe something else maybe harry shum completely something maybe harry shum punch jenna johnson like i could see her being tough to get along with it could be jenna doan it could be jenna doan also a little more Dancing with the Stars news is that Maura posted like a long Instagram carousel about this week on Dwidish. She said this week was definitely one of the toughest I've had so far. I was really unwell, running on very little energy and trying to learn tune dances, but I gave it absolutely everything I had. Very long just saying, you know, I'm doing my best. I'm human. There was a picture of her getting like an IV.

30:24Yeah. And just working hard and laying down and being tired. All the highs and lows, really, because it was also stuff from the show, Tinkerbell, et cetera. Molly Mae commented with some support. But just letting everyone know, like, she is struggling, but she's okay. Wait, sort of like confirming. That it's been hard for her. Yeah. But that also that she wants to be there, that this is the best thing ever and she wants to keep going and like please you know vote support her yes I saw Jan Rovnik sharing that actually today's the first day that the celebrity stars have off since the show started wow so hopefully everyone like comes back this week with a renewed rejuvenated energy because they got a day off. Yeah, hopefully.

31:05So that's like sad for her. I hope that it is what she needs. But even if she does get if she does get voted off, like sometimes it's just a blessing. Like, yeah, like Jenna Affleck, even if she doesn't see it that way. No, no. And like now knowing what we know, like I wish we didn't advocate for her so hard because she like was being mean to everyone. And like, she's crazy. Are you ready for our next story? I am. Kim Kardashian's getting candid about the future of her legal career after failing the bar. And you know what? I've been waiting to hear from her on this. So at the New York season two premiere of All's Fair, she talked about- Which was like an influencer affair. Did you see everyone was there?

31:39Yes. She talked about failing the bar. She said, I never really get embarrassed. I think it's embarrassing for people that don't try to study for the bar that would ever put me in an embarrassing situation. She added that she's trying her hardest and learning so much. But despite trying her hardest, she's taking a break after last year's attempt. Oh, yeah. So this is either like the last we'll ever hear about it or it's a true break. Oh, I mean, it could be a break but a break could wind up just being like setting you back even further a break where I'm taking time to think about if I'm coming back to it doesn't mean that necessarily coming back remember when one direction went on a break like please some of us are still waiting a break is oftentimes the end

32:19like a breakup yeah or the beginning of the end I don't know what to advise kim here because i do think like this pursuit is noble but so unnecessary like she can and does make a lot of change without being a lawyer like she has all these people around her and she's done all this and it was a really um noble effort but in addition to all the other things she's doing i feel like for a while it was kind of like her only thing it was like okay fine sure if you want to commit your life yeah um but like with the obsession with acting now and all the movies and the tv shows and then the businesses and skakai like it doesn't it no longer fits yeah I think she'll take a very long break but I think ultimately she will want to climb this mountain and reach the top because her biggest thing is people saying she can't do something and having to prove people wrong. And I don't think she can live with the niggling thing of I couldn't do that.

33:18Yeah, especially like I think she wants to prove to Courtney that she can. Like I think Courtney is one of her biggest ops. Yeah, I think like everyone, people made fun of her when she went to the White House, when she was doing legal work. And like, that is what fuels her in even smaller things. But this is such an obvious, like, failure because it's an F on the exam. Right, you did not pass. Other things she can say, like, she can now say she acted. I know she wants to go and probably win an Oscar, but still, anyone who said she couldn't act, look. No, she has successfully acted. Number one show on Hulu. This is so black and white. And I don't think she can live with the failure on her resume.

33:48But I do think like taking such a big break will set her back like academically. It's like so much information. It's so dense. She was like in it for years. But the way she was doing it was unsuccessful. And other people like who study for the bar study for shorter and get it done. And so maybe it will be like she eventually takes a four month block not working on anything else just studying for the bar like I think she will come back to this not right now because she has so much momentum and other things but like she can only do the bar like she shouldn't try and study for the bar while doing other while on set for all great how she was doing it that season was that last season yeah it was just like

34:24genuinely painful to watch. And miserable. There's like an emotional element too because of like her dad. So yeah. It's unfortunate that it didn't just like work out because she could also stop doing the lawyer stuff or whatever. But if she passed the bar, because that was like this thing. She doesn't ever have to work the law a day in her life. She has to pass the bar. And what we know about her and everything she's shared about her personality, she will not let this rest yeah i do think it will be a very long break though until she can come back with the strategy yeah but it's like how do you study differently you had the best tutors in the world you had a massage and a hotel suite the night like

35:00maybe she needs to go to like seriously just like one of those classes like regular like that regular people get it like a tutor yeah i do think maybe also she is at a disadvantage like she's not she doesn't have higher education only courtney was the one who went to college so it's like yeah most people who become lawyers even if they're not like the smartest or people in the world they don't have access to like they know how to test take they've been through college like they know are used to doing big readings like maybe not having a higher education is is a factor maybe some people just aren't good test takers that's true as well are you I have not taken a test but if my academic career um is any indication no I'm not i'm not a good test taker but i'm not

35:49like someone who's like i'm a bad test taker the thing is i don't know how to say i mean like i just didn't know enough like i didn't take the test wrong i just didn't yeah that's like i had poor scoring is that because i'm a bad test taker maybe is it because i literally didn't study or care also a possibility and i think people who like identify as a bad test taker? Maybe. Is it because I literally didn't study or care? Also a possibility. And I think people who like identify as a bad test taker, let's dig in on them because it's like... Blameless. Like they just have, take no accountability in their life. Just didn't know. It's not like you knew everything. And of course I'm not talking about two people

36:14who are dyslexic and have learning disabilities. No, of course not. But there are people that are... Just say like, I'm such a bad test taker. That don't have a disability who like act like they know everything but when it came to the test they were like, blah, blah, blah. Right, like maybe you're a bad studier. Maybe like act like they know everything. But when it came to the test, they were like, blah, blah, blah. Right. Like maybe you're a bad studier. Maybe you just didn't know it. You didn't know the material. Maybe you didn't try hard enough. There's nothing wrong with the test. Like assuming it's a pretty straightforward test. Because like what would make you a bad test taker? Now that I'm like digging deep.

36:40Just know if someone ever tells you that about themselves, they're full of shit. No, and just expect like a lack of accountability from them in all aspects of their life. A hundred percent. Again, unless they have some sort of learning disability. A hundred percent. We're just talking about the regular abled people who act like they're geniuses, but they're bad test takers. Sure, Jan. Right, because the geniuses I know actually like did good on tests. Right. Right. Where it was just a test of their acumen. Right, where they ask you I know actually did good on tests. Right. Right, where it was just a test of their acumen. Right, where they ask you the question and you give the answer. So maybe you're not a genius if you can't answer it correctly.

37:12Maybe you're legit just dumb. Ever thought about that? Yeah. But you're a swindler, though, because you can't just admit that you're dumb. There's nothing wrong with being dumb. Right, not only are you dumb, but you're manipulative, too. Yeah, you have to act like, oh, no, I didn't know. It was a test. Right, but I'm a bad test taker. Whatever that means. Yeah. You're a swindler. Such a good point. Be dumb all day. Like that's totally fine. There is no shame in being dumb. No. A little shame but. There's a little bit of shame but like only from self-imposed shame. It's true. Like nobody cares if you're dumb. Yeah. And it's like what is dumb? You know? It's relative. Are you ready for our next story?

37:45What number? Three. Yeah. Hailey Bieber is revealing her lonely journey with a health condition following the birth of her son. So Hailey Bieber says she felt alone battling premenstrual dysphoric disorder, PMDD, after giving birth to her son, Jack Blues. She spoke about her diagnosis in a recent interview with Women's Wear Daily. According to the Mayo Clinic, PMDD is a severe extension of premenstrual syndrome, PMS. So it's a severe extension of PMS that causes extreme mood swings. Behavioral symptoms can include sadness or hopelessness, anxiety, extreme moodiness, irritability, and anger. She said, after I had my son, I struggled with PMDD a bit, and there's just not a lot of conversation or research about it. She said talking about her struggles had helped

38:24her. Conversation for me personally makes me feel less alone. When we can identify with each other and have conversations relating to each other and talking about the things we're dealing with and struggling with, I do think it makes it feel like less of a lonely journey. I would agree with that, especially as a new mama. New mamas need to commiserate with other mamas. She talks openly about she had a very traumatic birth too and a bad postpartumum and it's like she's my sister in pregnancy and i keep like waiting for her to join but i think like she's actually very traumatized from the whole experience and is still healing from it you know what happened in her birth no i remember she did an interview in

38:58was it with the cmd she did do cmd podcast but no it was a written interview in a magazine and i don't remember exactly what happened, but it was just like, you know, like any birth. Yeah, everyone. Not standard. Nothing. It goes wrong. Some things go right. And I think it was very traumatizing. Oh, wow. And then she had extreme PMS and hormones. PMTD. More so than the average. Right. It sounds like. Which, yeah, can be isolating. And I feel like if you don't have a good group of people around you to just like talk to, just commiserate even, just like talk about the realities of motherhood, it can be very lonely. She should have talked to Kylie. Kylie's very open about the baby blues. That's true.

39:39I wonder if she did, she probably did. But like a lot of those girls in that circle, like not a lot of them. Hailey's one of like the early ones to have babies yeah yeah and it's hard to be the first one oh my god you have no idea what it's gonna be like shout out to my girl Anna I think about her all the time first girl in my friend group to have a baby like by years yeah doesn't have any sisters like I have like I wasn't the first in my group but I have you guys so like if I didn't have like my mom friends I have my sisters like I I had plenty I think about Anna all the time like had no older so she has her mom of course um no older sisters and first in our group yeah she's such a queen it's also

40:13funny I don't know if you had this but I wound up when I like had Harry and it was like my first there was like a girl who I knew who also gave birth like that week and we just wound up becoming like so close texting every day we have never really texted before that I'll tell you um just like whisper like oh yeah but like you knew her knew what no no knew her but maybe a half not even like a happy birthday text once a year and like we wound up like talking for months just like sharing stories and experiences so it's like so nice to find someone who's literally to the day going through what you're going through yes it does connect that I am sure Lauren Alaina and I would have been like best friends forever because we were

40:48close before. But no, no, we talk all the time. Yeah. Yeah. So Lauren Alaina is yours. Yes. Yeah. Because she was like a week after me. That's so sweet. So it's really nice to have someone like that. And if you're like a new mama, it doesn't even have to be someone you're already super close with. It can be like a girl, you know, from high school. It's not weird. I'm here to tell you it's not weird. Especially if you're both first-time mamas. It's like, what is this? You know what? That's a great sponsor. Sponsor. That's a great segue into our sponsor today, which is Parallel, as you guys know. A great company for women's health. It's all tailored to your experience and what phase of life that you're in. I was convinced to switch to Parallel when I realized that they have different vitamins for different trimesters. Like, I don't know, it just felt like so thoughtful taking one pill every day for like almost a year. I don't know. It just it doesn't sound compelling to me. The idea of like

41:58changing every trimester taking it is it's a pack. So it's the one that i'm on is five it has magnesium my favorite um and i also don't have the energy to like source my own pills like yeah you could make your own i guess and then i'm like putting them in pill boxes they come in these like little packs i keep the packs my nightstand but i do also keep in my purse or something i try to take them at night sometimes you forget whatever it's really great it's very convenient and they have something for the man in your life as well um if you're like trying to conceive because it shouldn't all be on you so if you're pregnant if you're trying your postpartum definitely check out parallel we really recommend it and we have an exclusive code which is new

46:59Thank you, Tertwide. Thank you, Tertcations Nationwide. Thank you. Wide? Tert-cations nationwide. Thank you. Wide? Tert-cations nationwide. Wide. After all that I've been through. And you've been there for all of it. I'm so sorry. It was a reflex. Just go. Just read the story and go. Tert-cations. Our next story. Jennifer Lawrence channels Katniss Everdeen with an iconic Hunger Games salute while out in New York City. So J-Law went for her daily stroll in New York City. And not only was she wearing a braid. Like do you know how to whistle proper? Now are you breathing out or breathing in? Out. What about you? Okay, so I don't really know how to whistle. And anytime I do, it's because I'm sucking air in, which is wrong.

47:54I just think the whistle is the sound. How stupid do we look when we whistle? I whistle a little bit, but I wouldn't say I'm an amazing whistler. But sometimes I'll find myself whistling while I work. Really? Really? This is me blowing out whistle. Ready? gonna do the hunger games it got worse you did the good one that's yeah and that's when I suck in I think whistle is all about the sound you're emitting and how you get there is nobody's business is nobody's business how do you do like the lower that's what i was struggling what an interesting podcast watching people whistle whistling is so weird i don't even know like why we get hate like we're so interesting i wish i could like it's such a sleigh especially people who can go like

48:50fast and quick and like whistle while you work can you guys even hear us so jennifer lawrence went like this she put three fingers in the air and like people are freaking. Obviously like Hunger Games, I was telling you yesterday. Yes, now I am singing. I'm also seeing McKenna Grace. And this was another headline that I wanted to share. McKenna Grace, who's like the new Katniss. She is the new Katniss. She's like officially crowned the it girl. People are, that's what I was trying to tell you yesterday. People are loving her looks. And she has like a lot of internet lore because she was like a child star and just like has been in the industry for a while. And she recently made headlines that like are being taken out of context.

49:32But she's I guess an actress who is now of a certain age and she has like decided that she will not be doing nudity. So she's been turning down roles that require nudity because she has dreams of one day playing a Disney princess. She said at this point I definitely don't do nudity or very hypersexual things. I respect anybody who can, but it's terrifying to me. I don't know if that if that'll ever change. It's not like I only do wholesome things, but my dream is to try and be a Disney princess someday. Now, I didn't even think about it. Can you not be a Disney princess if you've shown titty? Like, I guess not. Well, I guess there's probably no written law but I guess Disney higher-ups would say let's talk about recent Disney princesses um no to that and then also

50:12um Variety noted that Amy Adams actually comes to mind because she played um Giselle and Enchanted in 2007 and then declined Ron Shearer movies in the years that followed in order to preserve the image of her for Disney fans. And I just want to say on a multitude of levels, like let's talk about the Disney thing. Like, yeah, if you're going to be like a kid star, like you can't be showing today. Yeah. Sorry. I think that's just fair. But also like on a human level, I think a young girl like being scared to get naked, like not only in the room of people where it's happening, but then be on screen nationwide. Like, yeah, I feel like more only in the room of people where it's happening but then be on screen nationwide

50:46like yeah I feel like more people like I have the fact that I've never heard anyone say this take which is such a normal relatable take like yeah I would literally rather die like and it's not because I'm like modest because like I feel awkward and embarrassed like it's such a normal um thing for her to say I'm surprised I've never heard anyone else say it like but we only know like the guy from desperate housewives who won't Yes. And I know that there are actresses. Actually, up until recently, Jennifer Lawrence was one of them. Yeah. Who wouldn't do nudity. And then she randomly showed her vagina in that bad movie. She's somebody who does like a lot. And I think that nudity is layered. Because nudity can be art.

51:20It can. Like when I think of Kate Winslet. Like David's Michelangelo. Michelangelo's David. Paint me like one of your French girls. I don't think of Kate Winslet. Like David's Michelangelo. Michelangelo's David. Paint me like one of your French girls. Like I don't think of Kate Winslet as having done like nudity. You know what I mean? It was art. She took a nude. Yeah, but I don't think of it. And it was only one nipple actually. She sent nudes. It was only one nipple. It only counts if you saw a nipple. There are layers to it. And I'm sorry, some are like a little bit classier than others. And like when Jennifer Lawrence randomly showed her vagina in that rom-com, and she's known for doing like high art films, that was really random to me.

51:55And to me, I would have considered her somebody who doesn't do nudity. Zendaya doesn't do nudity. She doesn't talk about it either. Yeah. But she would definitely be eligible for Disney. Oh, she is Disney. Yeah. And also, you can also see it like when we're watching a movie and like someone's penis or boobs are shown for no reason. And then someone who like brings mine off campus. Like we got a lot of ass and titties, but not from the main characters. Also, Carrie Bradshaw. Everyone in that show was naked every single episode. You never saw a butt cheek a nipple a side boob nothing that was clearly just like a hard line for her say it doesn't impact the work at all i i wouldn't i didn't even know that fact like which fact that carrie didn't show yeah

52:37if i think about it she was never naked and other people were naked but um it doesn't affect like we don't need so much nudity. Like it's okay. I completely agree. If you don't want to do it, like that's fine. And the fact that McKenna Grace like has this reason, because it's like a dream of hers and she doesn't want to do something that would impact a potential dream. And honestly, she's in the Hunger Games. Like, yeah, she could be a Disney star. She looks like one. It's not, I'm sure she wanted Rapunzel. She looks just like. Who's being Rapunzel? It was like a new face. Is it? No, it's not Elle Fanning. It's like a young new face, which is great also. But she could definitely have a future as a Disney princess,

53:10but you don't necessarily need a reason to not want to do it. Yeah, you don't. But I never even thought about like the Disney girlies, not only beforehand, cause you probably won't get cast, but afterwards, like Amy Adams, apparently she wound up being in a sequel, but also she was supposed to do an SNL cat sketch that was like really dirty and she said um that's really funny but i can't do that little girls are so obsessed with enchanted right now they'll find this and we'll be scarring for them i just can't mix that right now yes like yeah normalized just like like not wanting to be gross too like that's okay also like outside of nudity like I'm just wanting to be like a good role model yeah for the youth seventh heaven energy yeah I this like

53:52feels so radical no it feels like from a different time like no one's even saying stuff like this anymore yeah we have like reached peak nudity in terms of tv and film you think it's peak I don't think it's peak it's the peak of so far in my life but TV and film. You think it's peak? I don't think it's peak. It's the peak of so far in my life. But I think it keeps going up. It's insane. Like the amount of really unnecessary. And I love a beautiful love scene. And that's what I really liked about the love hypothesis. I think I said that too. It is like one of those like erotic books, but they really didn't make it that. And it was like a beautiful love scene with this guy she fell in love with.

54:22Like, it's nice. Like not to be like such a Karen, but like no it can be nice there are so many like yeah things that are nice so it feels like we've reached peak yeah and they do it just to do it it's like nobody's nothing's happening and it's like here's some anal and then i also right i think also in an attempt to like balance it out because it was like all when we talk about nudity we talk about women it's always boobs and like sometimes a man's ass cheek so i think in an attempt to like balance it out because it was like all when we talk about nudity we talk about women it's always boobs and like sometimes a man's ass cheek so i think in an attempt to like balance it out we started seeing penises and it's like well now we're just seeing everyone's penises and

54:52vaginas like it wasn't a good faith effort but now it's like there's peace they were doing like for women's rights yes right it's like because a man's nipple is not the same as a woman's nipple right but like yeah so like boobs are the same category and penis and vagina are the same category but like we're seeing boobs and nothing else and that doesn't feel balanced right so then we're also now seeing penises because what do men have to offer their boobs don't count yeah so they're trying to help the women right and now everyone's naked see everyone's penis and i can't watch tv on a plane anymore because it's embarrassing yeah agreed we agree on that are you ready for our fifth and final story?

55:27Denise Richards is fueling Real Housewives of Beverly Hills speculation With her surprising cast trip reveal So Denise Richards has revealed that she filmed for the season 16 cast trip Of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills She also said that she will appear in several episodes of the upcoming season Well I guess as long as Lisa Rinna's not there Like why wouldn't she not? But I just feel like if Denise Richards is coming back, like, Rinna has to be there. So, like, Rinna has to apologize. Help be held accountable. Because it's like, yeah, we could all be like, oh, yeah, Denise, we always loved you. But, like, she still deserves an apology. And the apology starts with Rinna. Well, Rinna has just recently said she will never return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

55:59Which is easy for her to say because she's having a career high, like, coming off of Traders. And she's, like, very in her circle in fashion and her daughters like these huge models so like it might not always be that way because I think when she accepted Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that wasn't the case she's a hustler like she says so she's having a peak right now she doesn't need it but you know that might not but I could see there are other things that you can do now in a valley when you want to restore your career you know you don't have to go back to Bravo. She could do Dancing with the Stars. Absolutely. And she has been sort of catapulted to a new tier of celebrity that before, when she was just sort of like out-of-work actress,

56:32part-time host, her having a valley, like, how are you paying your bills? But her valleys now, she's still, she's very, she's under echelon. And she's employable for a lot of the things that are going on right now, like Trader. Yes, Dancing with the Stars. So maybe at that time it felt like Housewives was her ticket out and it was it was but now there are other tickets because you are a former housewife and a former reality star and also like her husband does really well and her girls are doing really well i know she's a housewife she always wants to work but as you get older like things might change yeah that's true and i would love to see denise come back she had one of the worst stints on Real Housewives ever.

57:07Like, I'm trying to think of who came and went so quickly and so poorly. Like, crashed and burned. And now I feel like she's come out on top because, like, the fandom turned on Lisa Rinna, who was her op. She got divorced. So, like, that just makes you interesting. And her husband, like, was kind of crazy. You can, like, blame all the problems you were having on the show. Because he was very involved. And you can blame that on the husband. Like, oh, I was being this way because I had a bad husband. But I just want to say, was it only Denise? It was also Erica. So if she did come back, Erica. Sorry, it wasn't only Rinna. It was also Erica. They were like a little bit of a tag team. Yes, but they had a lovely conversation last season on Beverly Hills.

57:39Oh, yeah. And also her and Rinna have this really big history. Yeah. Erica was just a random cast member. Erica was just Rinna's friend. Yeah. I would love to see her come back. If only just to like rectify the situation. She was great. I want to hear more about her facelift and her crazy ass husband. Yeah. Her face looks amazing. Her face looks insane. And she's really open about it. Yeah. Well, she talks about like something that happened in her marriage when she was recovering from her facelift. Oh, yeah. That was so upsetting. her marriage when she was recovering from her facelift. Oh, yeah. That was so upsetting. Is that when he was physically abusive? Yeah. When she was literally like post-op one day, like a face falling off.

58:12Right. No, she is this like inherently interesting woman. I'd love to see her back. Kyle outed her. Like they all owe. I'm sorry. It's not just Reyna. They all owe her an apology. And then Kyle end up being like having a struggle with her sexuality and refusing to talk about it and everyone has to respect that but you're over here outing Brandy and uh Denise Denise that was a like literally she had such a bad showing yeah and it was such a get for Bravo they paid her more than they've ever paid anyone four million dollars for two seasons like was it worth it honestly no no it wasn't but I'm glad at least she got paid like for the waste of time just so she could give half of it to her loser husband

58:48who like claims he's carrying cancer and everybody's following him around in black suvs like with unmarked vehicles and tinted windows like yeah so that's the stories that you need to know i would agree that your summation of random celebrity news was 100 correct like post-election day news i don't think we could really ask for more you can't always get a tom and erica no sometimes you get a denise and that's fine sometimes you get what did we talk about what did we talk about dance with the stars tatiana i know came in the bar came in the bar hailey uh-huh and hunger games j-law j-law war braid yeah it's supposed to we didn't talk about the bar. Came in the bar. Hailey and Hunger Games. J-Law.

59:26J-Law wore a braid. Yeah. It's post-modern. We didn't talk about the fact that J-Law did this thing. We like bros passed that. Yeah. She's you know. She's in her like era of like appealing to the public. Appealing to the masses. Yeah. You need customers. And you don't have the luxury of what she's always had which is like not having to give anything of her personality. Anything we've gotten from J-Law in the last decade is just because she wanted to give it to us. Did you see that they explained the degree no oh i posted it to my story um let me pull up who's they the mess degree people was i right about the science not in yes and no yes and there's more sorry yes but wait there's more hold on i've got to find this

1:00:02critical piece of information tit Titillating stuff. I went and switched sweaters. It's fine. Oh. I was excited. We've never done that. Maybe tomorrow, like, I'll just wear that sweater and you'll just wear this one. Well, we literally do that, like, organically. Yeah. But we never had a live switch. We live switched. I said switch. But we never had a live switch. Okay, here it is. Where are you going? Goodbye. I'm done. are you going? Goodbye. I'm done. Are you ready? This is my co-founder. Do you know what that means? I always imagined having a hairline called Miss. And, you know, I... Oh, it's a trademark issue, right? That was always kind of the name in my heart. But, you know, we had to go through the process of trying to find the name.

1:00:45We hired this big company, you know, we had to go through the process of trying to find the name. We hired this big company, you know, thousands of names. We spent, what, two and a half years trying to think of the name all to end up right back at Ness. Because Jen was like, this is what I want to call it. And I was like, life is messy. The philosophy goes so much deeper than hair. We were designing the logo, and this was a total coincidence, but the logo ended up being designed with that S and then the degree symbol at the top. When we saw it, we were like, because S with the degree symbol is like standard entropy. Why don't you explain what entropy? I could, but I choose not to. The measure of disorder in a system, almost like the scientific

1:01:21word for mess. And I thought, thought oh how poetic it is i remember actually explaining this to her turn it off s degree is for the entropy and s degree also happens to mean mess in science yes got it okay i'm whatever like the intended effect of j-law is like new images it's having the opposite effect on me but maybe I'm just like hormonal and pregnant, like not receptive to like cutesy little like hair products. Hating everything. Okay, entropy. Okay, ester grain.
