What did Joe Rogan say about Survivorman versus Bear Grylls?

Joe Rogan said Survivorman films himself alone with his own cameras, sometimes going days without food and needing a hospital afterwards. By Survivorman's account, producers wanted to release a lion near him, he refused, and the network built a similar show around Bear Grylls instead.
