▸What this episode covers

Barstool's Pardon My Take crew spends the Monday-after show sorting week 7 into surprises, pretenders and collapses. The surprises came first: the Giants beat the Texans 27-21 as 10-point underdogs, Atlanta forced four turnovers to hand San Francisco its first loss, and the Dolphins finally won, which leaves the Chargers as the league's last winless team. Hank called the Giants upset but still lost his underdog parlay when the Chiefs flopped in Seattle.

The longest argument is about which records to believe. The hosts trust Minnesota at 6-0 because Brian Flores's defense, blitzing on 85% of dropbacks against the Colts, keeps them in every game even while Kyler Murray's offense sputters, and they flag a coming run of Lions, Bills, Packers and 49ers as the test. They treat the 5-2 Browns as a fun streak built on Deshaun Watson fourth-quarter drives, rate the Steelers medium-good, and credit Todd Bowles for a run-heavy rout of Carolina. The collapses get blunter treatment: Baltimore blowing a 13-0 halftime lead to Joe Burrow, a Colts coach defending his effort, and a Jets loss that Memes declares the end of the season.

The rest is coaching decisions and other sports. Dan Campbell's fourth-down try on his own 24 splits the room, Bo Nix answers his check-down critics by throwing deep, and the crew calls for Cardinals owner Michael Bidwell to sell. In baseball, they argue the Brewers, up 2-0 on the Rays, force opponents into mistakes, and they object to the replay system's version of a check swing. LIV Golf's leaked list of insulting web domains closes the show.

▸Key takeaways

01The Minnesota Vikings are the NFL's last unbeaten team at 6-0 after week 7, once Atlanta beat San Francisco 29-20 and Seattle beat Kansas City.
02Brian Flores's Vikings defense blitzed on 85% of dropbacks against the Colts and created pressure on 55% in a 16-10 win.
03Minnesota's 11-game winning streak, dating back to last season, has come while allowing just 11.5 points per game.
04Baltimore lost 35-13 to Cincinnati after leading 13-0 at halftime, the first 20-point loss after a 13-point halftime lead since 1950.
05Pardon My Take's verdict on week 7: the 6-0 Vikings are real because of their defense, while the 5-2 Browns are a streak to enjoy, not trust.

▸Questions this episode answers

Q1Why does Pardon My Take think the Minnesota Vikings' 6-0 start is not a fluke?

Pardon My Take's hosts said the Vikings may not be quite as good as 6-0, but their defense is not fluky: Brian Flores's unit keeps Minnesota in every game. Against the Colts in a 16-10 win it blitzed on 85% of dropbacks with a 55% pressure rate and shut Indianapolis out in the second half. The worry is Kyler Murray's clumsy offense, which the hosts think has room to improve.

Q2What did Pardon My Take say about Dan Campbell going for it on his own 24 against the Packers?

The Pardon My Take crew split on Dan Campbell's fourth-down attempt from the Lions' own 24 in Detroit's 20-17 win over Green Bay. The defense of the call: Detroit's defense has been weak, a punt would let the Packers bleed the clock, and from the 24 with about four and a half minutes left Green Bay could not run it out, so Detroit would get the ball back either way. One host still called it a crazy gamble.

Q3How did Pardon My Take explain the New York Giants' week 7 upset of the Houston Texans?

Pardon My Take credited the Giants' 27-21 win over Houston, as 10-point underdogs, to J.J. McCarthy throwing deep without hesitation to Malik Nabers, which opened up the run game, plus a Giants defense led by a disruptive Abdul Carter. The hosts called the Giants a fun good team rather than a fluke, and Hank, who bet them, got credit for the call.

Q4Are the 5-2 Cleveland Browns for real, according to Pardon My Take?

Pardon My Take's hosts said the 5-2 Browns are not frauds but are not that good either. They compared watching Cleveland to betting red at roulette and watching red keep hitting: thrilling, but not something to expect forever. Deshaun Watson has led a game-winning drive in each of the five wins, including the 27-24 win over Tennessee, and a soft schedule could still make them a playoff team.

Q5What did Pardon My Take say about the Ravens blowing a 13-0 halftime lead to the Bengals?

Pardon My Take noted that all three Baltimore losses have come after leading at halftime, and the 35-13 loss to Cincinnati was the first time since 1950 a team lost by 20 after a 13-point halftime lead. Joe Burrow was 6 of 12 for 43 yards in the first half, then went 16 of 18 for 249 yards and four touchdowns. The hosts pointed to backup Tyler Huntley running out of answers without an injured Lamar Jackson.

Q6Why does Pardon My Take call the Milwaukee Brewers the best team in baseball?

With Milwaukee up 2-0 on the Rays in the World Series, Pardon My Take said the Brewers never flinch: they rally late, they always answer when scored on, and they pressure opponents into mistakes. The hosts pointed to a badly judged send of Liam Hicks at the plate and a Rays attempt to steal third with Yandy Diaz batting against a battery that had allowed three stolen bases all year.

Q7What is Pardon My Take's problem with baseball's check-swing replay system?

Pardon My Take agreed Yandy Diaz was correctly called out on a World Series check swing, but objected to the replay system tested in the minor leagues, which judged it differently. Under that system, what the hosts consider a three-quarter or full swing would count as a check. They understand making the game friendlier to hitters facing 104 mph pitching, but object to it being presented as if the rule had always worked that way.

Hey, football guy. But Dean of A.W.N. Welcome to Part of My Take, presented by DraftKings. The crown is yours. Today is Monday, October 26th, Week 7. Woof!

3:18Yeah, there we go. Woof! Woof! Woof! Some spread. Hmm. Huh! Oui, oui. We start in Gay Paris, where according to current conditions in France, both teams agreed no fireworks allowed for this one. There was a lot of defense in this one, and in a touching tribute to one night in Paris, Pat Rick Solomon, queen, showed off his good D in a big sack, helping the over-the-Hilton Aaron Rodgers in a stagnant Pittsburgh offense. Darnell George Washington, a true ally to the French, let the little tiny Parisians at asking, how do they make someone so big? He gave them their answer, a diet of sugar and carbs, as he swallowed up all the Kool-Aid McKinstry on the field for a big body touchdown. As for the Saints, Tyler Blevins-Shuck tried his best to drop in for a win,

4:10but now people are asking if Kellen Moore will survive another fortnight at the helm. Steelers 16, Saints 10. We go down to Tennessee where Todd Monkey has Cleveland fans going bananas as there's an outbreak of enthusiasm and are looking to sit on top of the canopy of the AFC North. The Titans came out to a lead in the first half behind Tony Soprano-Pollard, who is breathing really heavily after scoring three touchdowns and developing nice chemistry with Cornelia Tate. But a baby with a tailor isn't the only KC conception Cleveland fans are rooting for, as he added 129 yards. And Quinn Chun, judge can see everything, spent a lot of time in his opponent's house, giving people who think they're frauds a lot to think about.

4:59Cleveland, 27. The Titans, 24. We now go to the AFC East East where memes was with the Jets. In New Jersey, don't tell Miami that their 0-5 has flashed. Ollie Gordon and cousin Greg Dulcich were proving why they should be part of the Dolphins' succession plan. Malik, what you talking about, Willis? Found Caleb Presley Douglas who said, what do you say to people who say who can't tackle? You go 63 to the house. As for the Jets, Bray Lynn Allen was getting there. And Omar, you got it back. Yeah, two. Each had over 100 yards. Geno Smith connected with tight end Mason James Taylor for two touchdowns as the Jets have gone to Carolina in their minds. As for Aaron Glenn, if he was in charge of flying the planes during 9-11, he would have missed the towers.

5:44Dolphins 28, Chess 25. Thanks, memes. We now go to the AFC North with Hank in Baltimore. Zay Clemch. Okay, let me start again. No, you got this, Hank. Zay Clemch out of Flowers had a super touchdown run after catching a pass from Snoop. The Ravens made the lead 13-0 after two first half field goals from Tyler Lue. In the third quarter, the Bengals got on the board with a touchdown pass from Joey Prr to beat Mike Gusecki. T. Riggins said, here's to good friends living large in Cincinnati. After giving the Bengals a one-point lead, Sam J. P. Ryan beeline to pay dirt to add to the lead. And Jamar, Jamar, Jamar. Chase gave the Bengals a go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter. Bengals win 35-13.

6:47Dykes Hank down to Atlanta where the previously Brock solid Niners found themselves stuck between a Brock and a hard place as Purdy was playing like he had Brocks in his head and the undefeated season was officially on the Brocks. Okay, that's enough. As the game really was about watching PNP, I'm talking Pettis finding Pitts for a score and then double down with a missile to Drake. London's call in to a great touchdown as the Falcons were up for the clash on Sunday. The Falcons' defense went into psycho mode as they checked Brock Purdy into the Jesse Bates Motel with an interception, and then Kendall Daniels threw them into the Lions' den to end the perfect season. We'll be right back. Falcons 29, Niners 20. We go to Minnesota, where Kevin Rosie O'Connell is in a league of his own,

7:49fielding a scrappy offense of unlikely athletes, and must be feeling glad that there's no Kyler Ring in baseball, because he's still a quarterback, folks, not an MLB player just yet. Indianuel Jones kept having Colts fans feel like they got their hearts ripped out of their chest in the tip of the poon and showed to them as Coach Steichen ought to be ashamed of himself for losing another pathetic game. And as my good friend TJ Hawk-Tewinson put it down their throat to end the football game 16-10. Alright, we now go to Zach who is actually sick in his house, but he still did a boomer. Zach in Carolina. Bucky's Irving shouts, risk it on the board, as he rumbles into the end zone, sending Panthers defenders scattering like a bunch of beaver nuggets

8:38that just fell off the truck. Shortly after, Bryce Lillian drops back way too messy. The ball is out, and then it's recovered way too fucking clean by Kalijah You Can't See Me, who five-knuckle shuffles 32 yards for a defensive score, causing the Panthers' crowd to STFU. Also in the second quarter, Bryce Liv Fastai Young drops back like a total bad girl and does it well, throwing deep to Darren Paul Waller. He's the people's champ. He's something like a total bad girl and does it well, throwing deep to Darren Paul Waller, he's the people's champ, he's something like a baller, the candy paint dripping off that old school Impala, as he floors it 50 yards before parking it right in the end zone next

9:14to Big Bang Hank and Poppy Joe, and if you were curious, yes he had that trunk bumping like some chicken pox, lastly in the game, Baker Baker. He's our man. If he can't pass it, nobody can. Rips one short to the Tasmanian Devil Johnson, who tornadoes into the end zone looking for Wabbit. Adding to the absolute Looney Tunes score of a game. Tampa 43, Carolina 13. Thanks, Zach. He's on the IR. Make sure you get your flu shots. Get better soon, Zach. We now head to the afternoon and out west to Max in Arizona. We head over to Glendale where there was a field goal fest to start the game, but Bo Nix showed real heart by turning on the Brunson burner and going to Towns on the Cardinals defense with a 62-yard touchdown.

10:05Followed by R.J. Steve Harvey asking you, asking, name a way to crush, sorry, sorry. Come on, Max. Name a way to crush a defensive soul to start the second half. 52-yard touchdown? It was a tough day for the Cardinals fans, but it didn't stop them from praying. Dear 246-pound newborn infant Trey McBreezes, don't even know a word yet, just a little infant, so cuddly, but still omnipotent. We just thank you for all the touchdowns you caught and the 472 yards you have accrued over this season. Amen. Broncos 30, Cardinals 16. Thanks, Max. Some good special effects. Thanks, Max. Max's favorite game show, Family Feud. Don't. It's actually Family Feud. Oh, my mistake. Yeah. In Detroit, where the Packers face the Lions in all the talk this week

11:08was whether or not the Lions' tight end would be in the outhouse after Sam Laporta-Potti went on a dumb national sports podcast talking about his contract. Jordan Love on the spectrum was making no-look throws and avoiding eye contact early as he was able to find Tucker Minecraft in the end zone, proving he's not just a blocking tight enderman. The game had an up-and-down feel with very little scoring as Amon Ross, St. Antonio Brown went fucking nuts for over 150 yards. The Packers took a 14-10 second-half lead as Fell and Josh Jacobs went into the end zone. Wait, wait, I read that wrong. The Packers took a 14-10 second-half lead as Josh Jacobs fell into the end zone. Wait, wait, I read that wrong. The Packers took a 14-10 second half lead

11:47as Josh Jacobs fell into the end zone for a score. Sorry about that. But it wasn't enough as Jared went golf the clock and ordered two shots at J-Mo as Williams scored twice on the way to a Lions win. Remember, kids, smack is whack. Lions 20, packers 17 standing on the corner jamis winston and hope oak in such a fine sight to see it's a nine my lord filling up the scoreboard he's doubled into 18. Come on, Houston. Your defense loosened. And the Stroud boys down real bad. They're disillusioned. Giants 27, Texans 21. And that is your week seven fastest two minutes brought to you by Chevy. Football season is here, and whether you're grinding through the week or gearing up for kickoff, there's one ride that's always game ready.

12:52It's the Chevy Silverado. There's a reason Chevy is called the heartbeat of America, and Silverado keeps that heartbeat strong whether you're towing, hauling, or tailgating. Silverado lets you show up strong and tackle any task with best-in-class standard torque, the most functional bed, and the advanced tech that's football guy approved. Check out current offers on the 2026 Silverado at chevy.com. Okay, week seven in the books. We are right now at the end of the third quarter of Sunday night football. The Seahawks are up 13- three and we had a week seven boys. We did. We have a big picture. We finally got the dolphins a win. So there are no longer any winless team. Oh, wait, no. The chargers are on a buy.

13:38So they, they, they didn't win there. They're the last winless team, which is something that if you said in august you'd be like that's the craziest thing i've ever could have made some good money on that i i was wondering why today kind of felt better yeah like just in a in a overall better mood watching football one it's because the commanders weren't playing so i didn't have to worry about that two it's because i didn't have to watch the chargers because they are depressing depressing football yeah the afternoon window, Chargers, hey, let's watch Justin Herbert get sacked a bunch and throw stupid picks. Didn't have to happen. I can deal with the Cardinals. Yeah. Like the Cardinals, as depressing as they can be sometimes,

14:14I can deal with it. Jacoby plays. Yeah, he plays hard. The Chargers, they were actually making America's Sundays worse. Also, this is totally unrelated, but Zach is out sick and Shane is sitting in zach's seat today uh so that's why we might have started with the chargers but they were on a buy we're gonna start that way anyways we always were gonna start with didn't lose didn't lose didn't lose uh yeah so big picture we have the both the north divisions uh are still all teams above 500 which that could have been in jeopardy because we had some games. The Lions were 3-2 going into this week, played the Packers. The Bengals were 3-2, played the Ravens. Both North divisions all over 500. And just when you think maybe the NFC South is going to be

15:00a respectable place to play football, the Panthers just shit down their leg the falcons had a nice win but the panthers uh now now every single team in the nfc south is 500 or worse and the saints look bad too yeah yeah so let's start there in paris steelers 16 saints 10 hank you're locked in we we this was uh i, during this game, I tweeted out this thought. I don't know if you guys had a similar thought. This game felt like it was being played in slow motion. And it was because there was just checkdowns galore. Also, it was a very weird game because both teams weren't scoring, but they were going on insanely long drives. There was eight drives of 11-plus plays. There were only 13 total possessions in the game.

15:51The Saints had the ball six times. It felt so long because nobody was running the football, so the clock never ticked. Yeah. The leading rushers for this game, leading rusher was Aaron Rodgers. He had eight yards. Yep. Second leading rusher was Tyler Shuck. Yep. He had seven yards. Yep. So that was Tyler Shuck. He had seven yards. So that's the kind of game that we're looking at. It did drag on for a very long time. I'll say this. The National Anthem was pretty cool. I liked that. The Jazzy New Orleans style National Anthem that they did. That was fun. Did you like that, Hank? Oui, oui. Yeah. And I think the Steelers are leaning into... I don't know that they've had really an identity. Their identity has been their offense isn't really as bad as it has been yeah um their

16:29identity now is i think mike mccarthy is saying we're going to just be bigger than everybody else well yeah darnell washington that was i think i saw someone uh tweeted i'm sorry that i'm not getting their exact uh handle because i don't have it i didn't bookmark it but he basically was like this is your uncle uh you know on thanksgiving scoring over your eight eight-year-old like nephew well they all that was darn darn darn oh washington over kool-aid mckinstry where he just big bodied the fuck out of just ripped it out of his hands just just towered over him and then also the steelers had the the jumbo tight end formation 12 times today where they put an offensive lineman in yeah as tight end and so they're just they put an offensive lineman in as tight end.

17:07And so they're just going to lean on you. They're just going to say, we have an old quarterback. We're going to protect him as best we can, and he's going to call the plays, and that's going to be our offense. And their defense is really good. T.J. Watt is just like an insane person when he gets close to the quarterback. Somehow his hand always finds the ball. So, yeah, their defense is good, and they're just going to try to be bigger than you. And also, it's Jalen Warren. Jalen Warren is the one thing that if you're a Steelers fan, this is what's different. His pop, I know he's obviously been on the team, but this year he has been special. That was his third time with over 100 yards rushing,

17:43his fourth time this season with over 125 yards from scrimmage. He is the engine of this offense. And the Steelers are now 5-2. They're 5-2. I still don't know if they're good-ish. Someone was asking me this morning if they were our famous debate, are they a bad-good team or a good-bad team? I think they're definitely... I think they're a medium-good team. They're... Bad-good. Yeah, so they're a good team, you're saying. They're a bad-good team. Yeah, so they're a good team. Yeah. Yeah, they're in the bad category of good teams. Yeah. Not in the... Yeah. The same as it's always been with them. No, there's been years... I think every year we've done this show, yeah. The same as it's always been with them.

18:29I think every year we've done this show, it's the same. No, but they have made the playoffs in the past as a good-bad team. Yes, no, Russell Wilson Steelers were definitely a good-bad team. That was a bad football team that had a good defense and could win nine games. This is a bad-good team that's trending towards being a not-bad-good team. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. They're a medium-good team. Yeah. They're not even a bad-good team. And I think I misspoke earlier. Obviously, Aaron Rodgers, he would have led the Saints in rushing today. I don't think they'll ever be a good-good team. I said they're medium-good. No, but PFT, I can see it in PFT's face. He's ready to say they're going to win a playoff game this year.

19:04No, I said they're trending towards maybe medium, not bad good. No, I think they're medium good right now. They're 5-2. No, no, they're bad good. They're 5-2. Like, that's not, you can't, winning, being 5-2 doesn't happen by accident. Yeah. I think, so in other words, they're an average, above average team. Browns might be. Good, bad? Yeah. Yeah. I don't know. We'll get to the Browns. They're an average, above-average team. Browns might be. Good, bad? Yeah. I don't know. We'll get to the Browns. They're fun. The Browns are actually fun, but every game is just the exact same script. So is the Steelers. Yeah, I know. But the Steelers feel like it can last a little bit longer. Wrong. I think the Steelers' scripts go a little bit different sometimes.

19:43Like, in the last couple weeks, Jalen Warren has been really, really good. Like a legitimately top-ten running back in the NFL. So I think they are able to do some things. The whole dynamic between Aaron Rodgers and Mike McCarthy has created kind of a funny, awkward situation where after the game, sometimes Mike McCarthy, like, subtly rips the play calling which is pretty funny because he's technically calling plays yeah but he'll be like yeah you know uh i think he's talking about like uh on third down or something it's like that's not where we want to be clearly with that percentage no doubt about it we want to uh take control of the clock they do a really good job in new orleans but we want to we want to score touchdowns down

20:22there uh and that's something that we have to work on. So he's kind of taking shots at his own play calling, which is really actually Aaron Rodgers' play calling. Right. They're in like a frenemy subtweet off at all times. But it's like an old married couple that deep down they love each other. Yeah, they're just always talking about each other. Yeah, this is just how they show it. It's actually a rare case of double rent free. They both they both live rent free in the other one's head yeah uh did you see hank that aaron rogers did you see what he said after the game about the international games because you i did not i saw they dress up as the peaky fucking blinders yeah that was cool in in paris i like that that also means that i i that I think in consuming all of Aaron Rodgers' career pretty intimately,

21:10when Aaron Rodgers starts doing dress-up, he feels like they're a medium good team. He has a little swagger when he starts doing the dress-up stuff. Remember when he dressed in all denim or a cowboy? He gets a little cheeky with it. He had also one of the funniest hard counts towards the end of this game when he got up to the line, and he didn't buckle his chin strap at all. He tried to pull the hard count on, and obviously nobody jumped on it. I do want to see him run that play without the chin strap on at all. Yeah, now he can get him. And he did have that. That was an impressive run for a guy of his age. It was very impressive. Yeah, yeah. I mean, that won them the game right there. Yeah.

21:46But anyway, Hank, Aaron Rodgers, after the game, said that the league, a few years ago, before we went to 17 games, there was talk about having an international week where every single game was played international for a week. That would be awesome. Then we would go. Spring break. Well, they would be played in different places locations but uh it was essentially the idea was everyone would go abroad and then there would be an extra buy week and then he's like the owners got greedy they wanted a 17th game without giving up an extra buy week so that's why we didn't have it but it was it's it sounds like it was kind of tossed around to do my idea of a universal buy, where it's just one week right before Christmas,

22:27so everyone can do their Christmas shopping, maybe give it to college football playoffs now that we have 24 teams. Just one week where everyone gets a double buy, get rested, and have good football down the stretch. How do you think that would work out if we're trying to do an international week? There aren't enough international locations, right? No. Well, yeah, there are now. So there's Germany, there? No. Well, yeah, there are now. So there's Germany. There's France. There's Spain. There's two stadiums in England. Yep. There's Ireland. Yep. So now we're at six. Brazil. Brazil, Mexico City. There's two in Mexico, I think. Australia. Canada, we could easily do. We could easily do, yeah, Toronto.

23:01And he was talking like Abu'm a dobby and stuff but yeah you could do it i mean you could do double games in in a couple of the you know germany you didn't say germany like that's they could do it maybe maybe there's 16 yeah it'd be awesome if you drew the canada straw though yeah that'd be perfect be so sick yeah um yeah no he said he's like and then maybe another south american country so hank you're very close it'd be awesome as for the saints uh tyler shuck played well he just had that one back-breaking interception but he had again pft said at the beginning there was his his uh running backs 14 carries for 11 yards they could not run the football to save their lives so yeah it was uh kindred mill six yards. Kamara had five yards rushing.

23:45So he had to just pass. I think it went 30 for 38. He played well. It was just that one interception, which the Steelers do do. They just find a way to turn the ball over on you in back-breaking ways. But overall, I didn't think Shuck played bad. He just is in a spot at this point where it's like you have no running game. And the saints just live to to go down in games they just don't they i've never seen the saints jump on a team yeah and i like kellen more a lot as a guy you know famously hank farted right in front of him at some point not never taking a lead early in a game has to be a conversation like what's happening with because that that does feel like preparation how you get ready for a game that that be a conversation like what's happening with because that that does feel like

24:25preparation how you get ready for a game that that all goes into it right it's a big part of it yeah how you play uh off the crack not just in the second half that was a great pick by the way by peyton wilson like like a really good job for a linebacker that's what yeah sometimes when you have quarterbacks like that you have to take the good with the bad and that means that that linebackers are going to catch it too yeah um. I think I was thinking about the Hank Fark thing over the weekend because obviously the Hank doll sold really, really well. I believe it's sold out right now. Yeah, I think we sold like- Sold out. Shout out to all the ADWLs. You're welcome. I think we sold like over 2,000 of them.

24:582,500. Hopefully maybe Christmas time, something, maybe we'll come up. And Blake's in love with it. Like every dog is going to love this thing it's a fantastic little toy but i was thinking about what led up to the creation of the hank doll and um the pelicans facility yeah the fact that hank felt comfortable enough to fart in kellen moore's presence i think was probably maybe the first sign that maybe kellen mo maybe not going to be an outstanding leader of men. Do you think that Hank would have done that in front of Dan Campbell? No. Absolutely not. No. He would have swallowed his fart. It would have come out of his eyes. Would Hank have done that in front of Big Dom? No. No. Absolutely not.

25:37Absolutely not, Hank. You would have? Why would we be interviewing Big Dom? We'd love to interview Big Dom. We'd love to interview Big Dom. Don't touch the mic like that. We'd love to interview Big Dom. We'd love to interview Big Dom. Don't touch the mic like that. We'd love to interview Big Dom. I hate Hank. But think about it. We're interviewing Todd Bowles. I could see Hank farting. I could see Hank throwing up in front of Todd Bowles and not leaving the room. Yeah, it's a sign of disrespect. Yeah. That should have been clue number one. It wasn't. Also, our... Well, yeah, it was just air out of your stomach. It was a Pelicans facility. Unfortunately, our conspiracy theory that they're making the international

26:13games fun and overs hit lasted one week. This was a brutal game. This was a butt cheeks game. It was brutal to watch. Again, 13 total possessions. The Saints had the ball six times. That's insane. Big miss on the 52-yard field goal from Daniel Carlson, too. Yep. That might have been one of the big swinging points in the game where it felt like the Steelers could put it away. And then that's the one thing that Moore said that he is thinking about changing after the game. So I think it's probably going to come down to an owner asking Kellen Moore, will you fire your assistants? Yeah. And Kellen Moore might be the kind of guy that says, no, I'm not going to fire my assistants. And then he will get fired.

26:57Or he might be like, this might be the first step where he's like, I am holding people accountable. I cut the kicker after this game. Yeah. So I'm not doing anything. They're also on owner watch with the Colts where the owner has come out and said that she's upset. Right. And it doesn't like what's going on. So that always puts a little more pressure on it. Okay. Next game. Back to the regular slate. By the way, no international games this upcoming weekend. That's nice. Yeah. We get a week off from it. Get a break. We do have hoops. Yeah. I was going to say no international football game upcoming weekend. That's nice. Yeah, we get a week off from it. Get a break. We do have hoops. Yeah, I was going to say no international football games.

27:28Yeah, we have Nova Notre Dame, which Max keeps reminding us about. Yeah, it's college basketball season kickoff. Excited. Hope. All right. Giants 27 in Germany. Is that Lions Patriots? I believe. Yeah, I know. Patriots. Yeah, it's Lions Patriots in Munich. Yes. Yeah, that'll? Yeah. I know it's the Patriots. Yeah. It's the Lions Patriots. In Munich? Yes. Yeah, that'll be fun. Are you going, Hank? Duh. No. I didn't even go in Chicago. Why would I go to Germany? That'd be funny if you went to Germany. Oktoberfest. I don't think it's... No. Oktoberfest is like September. September, yeah. I got it. Yeah. Okay. We have Giants 27, Texans 21. This was the big shocker of the day. Hank, you called this.

28:10I did. You bet the Giants. I did. Congratulations. J.J. McCarthy and the Giants defense. That was the big. We'll get to the Texans, but J.J. McCarthy, he was letting it rip. He was absolutely no concern whatsoever, just throwing it deep. Malik Nabors is a bona fide, bona fide number one in the league. I think, who did we talk to? Oh, it was Pete Prisco when he's always like, how many actual number ones are there? And he's got a fair point that you can have a number one on your depth chart, but that doesn't make them a true number one. I think Malik Nabors is a true number one. He had seven catches for 111 yards. The last four weeks, he has 36 catches for 509 yards. And JJ McCarthy's just like, fuck it.

29:01He's down there somewhere. Throw it to him. And JJ looked good. He was hitting throws outside the numbers. He was firing lasers. It was also the Cam Scadaboo game. Cam Scadaboo's back. He ran his way out of the doghouse. He did. That's the only way. I guess that's how you get out of the doghouse. Early on in the game, did you see when he got flagged for unnecessary roughness? Yep. As he was carrying the football? Yep. Because he lowered his head going through the hole. And I think it was a linebacker. It was a safety, I think, that he just lowered the crown and just ran his ass over. And, yeah, got flagged on that. I think Harbaugh liked that. So Harbaugh was like, okay, it's going to be that kind of game.

29:36He ran 17 times, 124 yards, a touchdown. He ran out of the doghouse. The big run in OT, which basically sealed it. I mean, Devin Singletary ran into the end zone. It was the entire running back room that had a good game today. And as long as I've watched the Giants, this goes back to the mid-90s, when I can remember watching the Giants for the first time. Even when they're good, they're not fun. This is a fun team. The Giants are fun good. And I do think that they are a good team like this should prove it to anybody that thought maybe the giants are kind of fluky uh they'll like come back to earth i think the giants are just a fun good team and it's weird seeing those colors be so like kind of flashy to an extent yeah and i i'm not i'm not i mean

30:23jamis did score a touchdown he also had had a very funny fully mic'd up. I don't know how he just got fully mic'd up on that one play when he said, get ready, get set, hut one, hut two, go. I think Jameis might have gotten into JJ McCarthy's ear. He's like, dude, fuck it. You're nine. Not actually because likely is, but you were nine. Yeah. And now you're 18. Throw it. Just chuck it. If the Giants win one more game, Likely's just got to give him the number. Yeah, he does. He's earned it. He is. He's earned. It's bullshit seeing him wear 18. He's got to be wearing nine. I don't know that you make a switch. Nah, it's nine. I don't know that you can make a switch. You can be nine and wear 18. That's where you're fucked up, Max. It's just

31:08a costume. It doesn't matter. Deep down, the guy that was playing today, that was nine. It doesn't matter that he's wearing 18. He could be wearing a ref's jersey. He could be shirtless playing shirts for skins on Thanksgiving. It doesn't matter. That was nine that we saw today. It doesn't matter. Actually, it speaks more highly of him that he doesn't need the number to become nine. But he was really chucking it,. It doesn't matter. Actually, it speaks more highly of him that he doesn't need the number to become nine. But he was, like, really chucking it, which he didn't have to do in college. He didn't do it, you know, in... Oh, what happened, Hank? Talk to us, Hank. Harrison Bucker's missed his second field goal.

31:37Oh, no. You're the Chiefs? I'm the Chiefs. Bucker stinks, man. He stinks. Yeah, he was bad last... There was wind last week So everyone was like Oh maybe he's okay Gross That's bad That is so so stinky I actually came away from this game Because the other thing was Abdul Carter's a menace Like absolutely He was everywhere And Harbaugh actually said That he gave a halftime speech to empty the tank. So this felt like a very important game for the Giants. They've been getting disrespected, at least from Vegas. They were 10-point underdogs in this game. Depending on what happens on Monday night, Max, I don't know if you can still win the East. If J.J. McCarthy,. McCarthy gives them a shot, because it's not just J.J. McCarthy played mistake-free football.

32:31The fact that he is willing to throw it deep and find Malik neighbors opens up. That's why they're running the ball the way they're running the ball. I don't know, Max. Well, if they win, then the same thing just turns into next week that it's the season is only on if you beat the giants oh you play the giants yeah oh okay so you're not out of it no matter what okay no that's a big game well if you lose you're out of it no matter what if you lose tomorrow you're out of it no matter what unless you come in tomorrow unless you kick the giants out you just have the same game next week it It's like you got to win for the season still to be on. Here's a benefit, Max. What have we taught you? They're coming off a high.

33:10Huge win. Yep. The Texans, their defense is just bad. They are bad. I don't get it. Yeah. They're not the same defense. I don't know if somebody's hurt on the defense. I don't know what it is because it feels like all their playmakers are still there. Yeah. That was also wrong. What? Oh, the schedule was wrong? Yeah. They play the Giants two weeks. That's really easy to not fuck up. I was looking at the Giants' schedule, and their next game is against the Eagles, but they have a bye, which makes it a little harder. Got it. Yeah. Got it. So that bye is actually coming at a really bad time for the Eagles. Correct. Yeah. We play every team off a bye. I don't know how. But, yeah, the Giants – or, sorry, the Texans offense wasn't –

33:52I mean, like, the Giants defense played really well today. But, again, it's like the Texans just couldn't get the stops they needed to get where you think that this team is built defensively and being last year easily the best defense in football. Actually, the Seahawks definitely were up there. But it's crazy to watch them and just be like, yeah. I mean, they're just giving up big chunk plays and 350 yards, 27 points. It's happened multiple times. Like, if you look at their games this year, other than playing the Titans who have a barely functional offense they they have kind of like they've just been giving up yardage and points to everyone yeah i mean 27 points the giants is crazy yeah that's

34:36absolutely nuts like the texans teams in the past they would they would suck a dick to get 21 points a game on offense yeah that's like that's that's a great great game um marvin harrison looks okay i guess i still there's a couple times there was a ball like there was one that was over the middle it just felt like he didn't really want to catch it well he already has touchdown yeah he did have his touchdown he had he had a catch for six yards yeah but yeah this this is the kind of offense that we spent years being like, man, if the Texans just had a halfway decent offense. It's a massive loss. They'd win every game. Yeah. The D'Amico Ryans did say, this is how you know it's probably not going well

35:16because they also have a ton of penalties and they're, like, sloppy. It feels like the Texans, they're just a prime candidate for when they get things going. Oh, they'll get a false start or a holding call that will just set them back. He said the penalties are ridiculous. It keeps happening over and over again, so we've got to find a way to fix it or get different people in so we don't have the same mistakes over and over again. He's talking about people's jobs. Yeah. And he took over play calling on defense. He did. Should be talking about his job too. He did. I'm trying to see exactly where this defense i don't know we probably need this is a case where we need somebody smarter than us to actually tell us what's broken about it i think it's there i think

35:54i was just gonna say that they don't want enough big cat from my perspective uh their pass rush has not looked as dominant will henderson still stud but more than that uh lasseter has not looked as dominant. Will Henderson still a stud. But more than that, Lasseter has not been, like, awesome. And that was the thing. They had the pass rush, but they also had awesome corners. And it doesn't feel like he's playing at that level. And, like, big chunk plays just keep happening to them. It's crazy. Yeah. Okay. Next game. We've got the Falcons, 49ers 20 you i think you can sum up this game pretty easily well there's two ways you could sum up this game easily the first is the 49ers turned the ball over four times the second is jed york came back and joined

36:41the team so the 49ers are now they they were 6-0 without Jed York, and now they're 0-1 with Jed York. Yeah, the stat is the 49ers are 0-1 with Jed York attending games since he went to meet a prostitute in an Ohio trailer park. If we want to just cut to the chase, that is the issue that they have right now. I think it's fixable. Yeah, yeah. Leave them at home. Just don't go to the games. Not home Youngstown. Yeah, not home Youngstown. You him at home. Just don't go to the games. Not home Youngstown. Yeah, not home Youngstown. You can do that. Just don't go to the games. Yeah. Go back to San Francisco. But then leave when... No, stay in San Francisco. They play in Santa Clara. But it was really just the Niners.

37:18Brock Purdy was not sharp today. That one throwaway interception was like... That was just an incredible play. But he was not sharp the niners still moved the ball they had they had nine drives every single one of their drive went over the 50 yard line just four of them ended in turnovers and one of them was a turnover on down so five i think i think they punted once five turnovers and then three touchdowns. That was the game. That was the game. And also Jesse Bates had an incredible game. Yeah. So he had the interception. I think he forced a fumble as well. And Jesse Bates, I believe that puts him in, like, rarefied air for the most games with an interception and a forced fumble. He's just a beast.

38:02He was just making plays out there. We kind of saw this coming going across the country for the 49ers. Yeah, we talked about it. They haven't played a ton of great teams. They haven't played a lot of great teams. Short week going across the country on the road. It felt like this is probably when it was going to fall apart and Kyle Shanahan's going to blame the kicker. And he was already talking about how he's going to be making calls to replace Eddie Pinheiro. So, tough break for that guy. He did miss an extra point. He did miss an extra. Yeah, it was a bad kick. And that was, I know that, like, he still lost game, but it was 26-20. They'd scored a touchdown to make it 26-21. You make that extra point and a Falcons field goal doesn't end you.

38:43Instead, he misses it. The Falcons field goal ends't end you instead he misses it the falcons field goal ends them they're down nine instead of eight and that was the game and michael pennix played well he did he was efficient i feel like he's a slow starter as well i feel like anytime you turn on a falcons game and this is all anecdotally speaking because he did play a good game but like if you turn on a falcons game maybe like seven minutes in, it'll be Michael Penix, one for four, minus four yards, and then he'll get going. And he found he did what we've been asking. He's starting to do what we've been asking for a very long time. You have the players, just get him the ball. Drake London, Bajon, and Pitts, they caught 17 balls total,

39:23147 yards, and two touchdowns including drake london touchdown which was awesome and yeah he like that was that was a good game for michael pennix good game from the falcons defense turning the ball over falcons why can't they win the nfc south especially what we saw from the panthers today i definitely think they can yeah they got into like a very very small hole at the start of the year before Pennix got healthy and came back. But I definitely think they have the talent to be able to do it. You saw it today. They beat a very good team. Yes, it was on the road, but they were opportunistic on defense. The four turnovers were awesome. The stat on Bates is that he has now six games with an interception

40:00and a forced fumble, and only one player has more in the last 40 seasons, and that's Rod Woodson. So maybe we need to be respecting jesse bates more also kind of a hot porn star name yeah jesse bates yeah very hot very hot porn star name uh yeah that's for sure i do think i do think that the uh jesse bates bounces on it i think that the falcons are real i think that they're that they're well a good team real i think they're good they're they're a good team. Real. I think they're good. They're real in the relative terms of the NFC South. I think that they're a bad good team. They're a flawed good team. Steelers, Falcons, Super Bowl. Who wins? I mean, the Steelers. It's the Falcons and the Super Bowl.

40:38Yeah. What do we mean? I'm not ready to say the Falcons are a good team yet. They're hovering closer. They're hovering closer. They're hovering closer. I would say on a neutral field right now, whose line is it anyway? I don't know. I think it might be. Didn't they play this year? Yeah, but that was without. But that was Cooper Rush, Hank. Yeah, he played fucking horrible. Cooper Rush is your guy. And their kicker couldn't kick. Yeah, they actually kept it kind of close with Cooper Rush. No, the Falcons are... Listen, I like... I actually like watching both the Falcons and the Panthers. Not the Panthers today, but they're a fun watch. Michael Pettis played... I mean, 78% completion percentage today.

41:21Like I said, it was like ball control. They ran a lot of clock in the third in the third quarter he was he had some big third down throws do we think dre greenlaw might be getting another uh another fine for for the punch maybe it looked like he might have been going for the ball yeah but he ended up punching drake london like in the face yes as he went for the ball. Yes. And then Drake London had to leave the game for a little bit, get checked for a concussion. Thankfully, he was okay. Yeah, this play right here. Boom. Just right in the face. Just got him. Max, you think it was unintentional? Yeah, I think that was a football play. I think he was going for the ball. That's football guys making a football play.

41:58Football guy made a football play. It's unfortunate that he punched him in the head. His head got in the way of the punch. You can't cover up the ball with your head. You got to expect that. I mean, yeah, he's going for the head his head got in the way of the punch you can't cover up the ball with your head you got to expect that i mean yeah he's going for the ball there yeah he was going for the ball i agree with you maybe that's yeah that that might just be a natural consequence because if you if you punch a guy's helmet he might have broken a bone also shout out the falcons offensive line maybe it was more the niners defensive line. Because, again, I think the Niners are good. Brock Purdy is a top whatever you want to call it, five quarterback, seven quarterback.

42:32I don't know what number people want to throw him in, but I think most teams would take him. And they have been playing teams that maybe haven't had the best. Their defense has been going up against not great quarterbacks, not great offensive lines. Michael Penix was pressured on 9% of his dropbacks today, three of the 34 dropbacks. That's insane. Yeah. That's the lowest since week 16 of 2024. That's nuts. I think that if the Falcons can do that, they have maybe the best set of skill position players in the NFL. That's what I'm saying. Just give them the ball. Yeah. If you're able to protect Pennix, he's good enough to distribute it and then just let their awesome players do awesome shit. Get the good guys the ball.

43:16Watch magic happen. Okay. Before we get to the next game, DraftKings. I think DraftKings. Who are the Falcons playing next week, by the way? Let's do a whose line is anyway with the Falcons The Falcons are playing The Buccaneers Oh that's actually a big game In Tampa I'm going to say Bucs minus No Falcons Falcons minus One and a half I'm going to say Falcons two and a half I'm going to say Bucs minus one and a half. I'm going to say Falcons two and a half. I'm going to say Bucs minus one and a half. Yeah, you know what? I think the Bucs are favored. Baker. Yeah. Okay, give us the line. I lost the cave parlay. Everyone in the cave picks either or touchdown. It was

45:28what was it? 13 to one. All seven of them hit except for mine. That hurts. That hurts to let down the cave. My my coworkers, my friends and all the fans. Yeah, don't shut the fuck up, Max. Let me talk. Don't interrupt me. I was about to say it. Shut up. Yeah, i did too sorry but it's okay you can get mad at me and then max hank did call max chubby yeah yeah that was honestly a compliment compared to what i could have said and then the the hungry dog the hungry dog the hungry dog i. I had the Giants, the Bucs, and then the Chiefs. To finish it, 25-1, you got Patrick Mahomes as an underdog to win it 25-1. That's like the best fight you could possibly beat. Just didn't even get off the bus. The Chiefs didn't get off the bus.

46:19It's going to be tough for you to recover from this one. The Chiefs didn't even show up in Seattle. They might as well have not even played the game. Okay, can I ask a question? Yeah. This is not hindsight. No, then no. It's not. It's going to be. All right. Well, no. I know it's going to be. Well, what I was going to say is. Should you have picked the Falcons? No, no. That's not what I was going to say. Thank you for making my voice sound dumb. I do have a follow-up to Big Cat's question. The Hungry Dog is underdogs, but you could definitely make the case that the Seahawks were the Hungry Dog in this game. I know they were favorites, but it was an undefeated Chiefs team against a Seahawks team that has lost two of the last three

47:00and needed to win desperately. Plus signs. They're a disrespected dog. You live and die with the plus signs. I understand, but say it was a bad pick no no i'm not saying it was a bad pick i'm just saying i will never pick a a favorite in the hungry dog but the seahawks were the hungry dog here but you understand like it's yes it's the hungry dog yes but they were the hungry dog sure i got you i follow what you're saying. Okay. What was your follow-up? Whatever. My follow-up was just going to be... They weren't a dog. I know, but if you're talking about just which team is the essence of the hungry dog, who needs it more? But that's not what the hungry dog is saying. It was with the Eagles. The hungry dogs run faster.

47:39But that's not what the hungry dog parlay is. It's the hungry underdog. Yeah, I get it. Value plus sign. But they were the hungrier dog. But that's not what Hank's Parlay is the Hungry Underdog Value Plus sign. But they were the Hungry Dog. But that's not what Hank's Parlay is. I know. But he picked a Hungry Dog. He just picked the wrong dog, which is okay. Even though I got in his hole and he just got so mad at me. Called you chubby. Said he could call you worse. What would be worse? No. That's not the reason to play this game. Yeah, what's worse is the chubby. Hank, I got your hold today, dude. We're aligned. We're good. Little guy, question. I actually was not going to ask the question anymore

48:14because it seems mean and it seems like you're lashing out. Want to ask me the question? No, it's okay. Okay. I was wondering if that was the most impressive Seahawks victory that you've seen recently, like in the last 12 months. Yeah. Honestly, yeah. It played really well tonight. Okay. Hey, do you want to share with people what song you were listening to before we started the show? I don't think that he should. We can keep that for ourselves. It was a famous Nirvana song. You guys can figure out which one. He's just said that the Seahawks keep beating him badly. It wasn't smells like teen spirit but it actually works because it's seattle very appropriate yeah yeah that's why you're listening to it i don't have a gun uh okay vikings 16 colts 10 the vikings keep doing

48:59it they are six and oh They are an unbelievable defense. The Vikings, did you guys know the Vikings are actually on an 11-game winning streak? 11-game winning streak dating back to last year. In that 11-game winning streak, they've given up 11.5 points per game. This year, through six games, they've given up 125 points total. And they did it again. Like, it was basically, I know that people might have, like, more intricacies, but the Vikings did it again. They blitzed the fuck out of Daniel Jones. They shut out the Colts in the second half. They had 55% pressure rate, 85% blitz rate. Insane shit. Kyler Murray did not look great. Like, he had a really nice run, which that's promising that he's using his legs.

49:52But his deep ball wasn't accurate. The offense is still kind of clumsy and just hasn't looked good for sustained amounts of time. But it doesn't matter because their defense is so goddamn dominant that they will be in every game and they don't need many points to win and they're six and oh, and you don't apologize for it. And I know that like we've had this before with the Vikings where there have been years where they have been considered fluky. Remember the famous Kirk Cousins year where they lost the Daniel, they lost the Daniel Jones in that wildcard game? I would say the Vikings probably aren't as good as their record right now. They might lose a couple coming up. But when you have a defense like this, you're in every game.

50:36So that part is not fluky. You know what I mean? Like, they are not a fluky part. Like, they will be in every single game, no matter what With how they play defense So I don't think that they're a fluky team Because this is kind of how they've been We understand that about them And I also think that Kyler Murray and the offense Is feeling an extreme amount of pressure Like I think that they can get better on offense I don't think that they've tapped into what their ceiling is I think that given the talent level That they have Especially like with Justin Jefferson And what the passing game can be i think that they can get better i think that their offense is capable of getting better their defense is just going to be dominant that's

51:13just who they are i want to hear the behind the scenes on how harrison smith decided to come back this year yeah if it was an under the table agreement where he's like i just don't want to do training camp i'm old enough just trust me that i'll be in good shape. And I could see a team doing that for him. But I'm also curious to know, like, was their defense elite already? And then Flores was like, we need you to come back because I think that we can be special. Or was their defense, like, looking shady and, like, they weren't going to be quite as good as he expected? And he's like, this is the one piece that we need. We need Harrison back at safety. I want to know how that all came to be because he's playing awesome.

51:50He's playing really, really good football. 85% blitz rate is so fucking cool. It's crazy shit. Brian Flores is like a legit madman. He's insane. He's insane, and it's working. And then Blake Cashman also had an unreal game today. So Blake Cashman's stat line, 12 tackles, two sacks, four passes defended, three quarterback hits. He's the first player since 2005 with two sacks and four pass breakups in a game. Jeez. He's the first player since the year 2000 with 12 tackles, two sacks, and four pass breakups in a game. Just unreal shit coming out of that defense. And I do think that the pressure's on Kyler a little bit. Well, it's coming. So there's two things that are coming for kyler one is gta

52:29yep which that could be a concern is that coming out this week it's never going to come out that's that's the no it didn't get pushed did it no it's coming out this week i think it's like november 22nd oh okay oh that's actually right before Thanksgiving. That's kind of nice. Yeah. November 19th. Okay, November 19th. All right, so it's not coming out. So they still have a little time. The Vikings, again, I respect the help. out of the Vikings defense. If you want to make a Call of Duty did just come out this weekend. Oh, Call of Duty did? Yeah. Oh, okay. Like when? Like recently. Like Friday? It just came out, yeah. The new game just came out. Not a bad game from Kyler. Well, he didn't play great. Not a great game, but

53:13not bad. If you want to make the contrarian Vikings like zag on the fact they're 6-0, they played the Packers, which the Packers did score 22. Remember, that was week one. The Bears in a monsoon that was a weird game with Carson Wentz. Caleb got hurt. The Bucs, Baker's been hurt and not looking great. Dolphins are a problem. Saints are a problem. Colts are a problem. Their next four games are the Lions, Bills, Packers, 49ers. Those are really good offenses. This will be the test. If the Vikings go through these next four games, three and one, maybe even two and two. I would say even two and two. You could be like, this is, I mean, but that's a little bit of a gauntlet. They got a mini gauntlet coming up.

53:55Yeah. Those are four of the top 10 probably four of the top seven offenses in the nfl right now whose lines anyway lions lions vikings i think the lions have to be like four point favorites maybe three it's three point favorites that's gonna be a fun game. What's the over-under? 46.5. That feels high. I know the Lions typically put up points. Yeah. They give up points. What are you shaking your head about? You hate the Chiefs. And the Lions don't put up points. Not today. Yeah, they didn't. Yeah, you're right. But they did. They put up yards today. They do put up points. Just, they didn't. Yeah, it's a good point. Yeah, no, you're right. But they did. They put up yards. They put up yards today. They do put up points.

54:40Just today was. Yeah. The Colts are officially going to be under 500 by the trade deadline. So. Yep. Feels like that's going to happen. I think Shane Steichen said something like, we're not going to. Oh, there's a couple interesting Shane Steichen quotes. I mean, Daniel Jones isn't good. He's just not. I don't know. Maybe try Anthony Richardson. He was asked about that. Shane Steichen said when asked about a QB change, he said he's not going to do a change because I got a ton of faith in Daniel Jones. The game plan today was to go in and run the football. Obviously, at the end, he added the interception, and that happens in football. That doesn't feel like you have a ton of faith in Daniel Jones.

55:24He does not. If the game plan was to go in and run the football, and then he mentions the interception at the end of the game. Yeah, he does not have a ton of faith, but I don't know that he's allowed to play Anthony Richardson. I don't know. It might be Riley Leonard. Why wouldn't he? Because I feel like the Colts are just looking to trade him. But the Colts don't have a GM. I think. What about their interim guy? Oh, yeah. Ed Dodd. I forgot about Ed Dodd. Don't ever forget about Ed Dodd. I don't know what he's allowed to do and what he's not allowed to do. But, yeah, now it would make sense for them to play him. It just. Yeah. I mean, the Colts are just their sad team to watch. And it just feels like everyone at this point just, yeah. I mean, the Colts are just, they're sad team to watch. And it just feels like everyone at this point, just fire everyone.

56:03If you're going to do, you're going to do it. So fire and trade everyone. Shane Steichen, it felt like in his, his postgame press conference, he was kind of making a case to not be fired. So he was saying the fight was there. We have no lack of effort, no lack of fight. It's football. We have to find ways to win, but it ain't for a lack of trying or lack of effort okay we ain't quitting so that sounded like he's he's thinking about quitting maybe either thinking about quitting or he's thinking about man this team is really close to quitting yeah and he's making his case to the to the ownership that the team has not quit yeah and maybe when he met with ownership he was like i haven't haven't lost the locker room. They're still playing hard.

56:39They're not quitting. Yeah. So that might just be him reinforcing the reasons why he should not be. Yeah. Anytime you're a coach, you got to be like, I'm not quitting. That's not a good. That's not a good sign. That's that Dodd right there. He looks like crazy. It's crazy fit. Yeah. He's just wearing a jumpsuit. He's that Dodd. What do you think he's got in that suitcase? Suitcase Eddie. That's what they call him. My quick fix for the Colts. And the fix is not a fix to win football games. on that suitcase suitcase eddie that's what they call him my my quick fix for the colts and the fix is not a fix to win football games the quick fix is to make it at least a little fun for the fans is to fire everyone trade everyone start anthony richardson anthony richardson by the way

57:12he got uh i think a misdemeanor for weed which i didn't even know was still possible yeah i forgot about that and he's and and he was asked if he regrets marijuana possession charge, and he said, I enjoy life. I don't really regret a lot of things I do. I appreciate my life. I appreciate God waking me up every morning. I love that quote. You should not apologize for a misdemeanor weed possession. As far as drug scandals and the Indianapolis Colts go, this is pretty far down on the list. Yeah, that should be a no apology. My last note on this game is we got to get Kyler Murray a different podium because the podium is – He got podium-mogged. He might need, like, the Apple box. He got podium-mogged bad.

57:52Maybe a phone book. Brian, look at that. That's podium-mogged. He got podium-mogged. Yeah, give the man a phone book to stand on. Yeah. They have plenty of those. Also, do you know who the leading receiver was for the Colts today? Was it Daniel Jones? It was Keenan Allen. Oh. They're not in a great spot. Yeah. I feel like ever since Alec Pierce has been out, the offense is just not. No, they're. They don't look like a real offense. They're a depressing team. Yes. And credit the Vikings. Again, 6-0. Brian Flores is, I mean, they do do coordinators of the year, right? He absolutely has to win it because they've won 11 games in a row. And they suffocate everyone. And I think they're a good team that could be a really good team

58:35if they ever figure out an offense. You want him as a coach? Brian Flores? Don't you already have him? We got the next Brian Flores. He's from Brian's tree. Durante Jones. No, but no, I don't. He's a branch in Brian Flores' tree. He's a strong branch. We don't want to talk about branches in Vikings trees. We don't want to talk about that. No. Or don't want to talk about that Or switches We need to make a switch And get a stronger branch No I don't want him I feel like also Dan Quinn is kind of A similar vibe where great great coordinator It's okay to be a great coordinator That's what I'll say about Brian Flores Steve Spagnuolo Awesome coordinator Joshua Daniel Chiefs have never had a game without a red zone That's what I'll say about Brian Flores. Steve Spagnuolo. Yeah. Great coordinator. Awesome coordinator. Yeah.

59:20Joshua Daniel. Chiefs have never had a game without a red zone drive and a Mahomes start. Wow. Joke. Wow. Joke. Didn't even compete. They were really bad tonight. Signed a non-compete before this game. They were really bad tonight. I mean, Seahawks needed it. And Seahawks are wearing their really cool jerseys. Didn't even compete. Stinko the way Kenneth Walker thought it would. Okay, next game. Also, I just feel bad for DeForest Buckner. He seems like one of those really good players that has never really had an opportunity to be great or be an opportunity to be in the spotlight. I think that if he was on a really good players that has never really had an opportunity to be great or be an opportunity to be, like, in the spotlight.

1:00:01Yeah, trade him. I think that if he was on a really good team, he would be a guy that everybody would live in fear of because he's fucking huge. Trade him. Yes. Trade him. There's a few guys. Like, if we're going down the list, it's not like the Colts don't have pieces that people don't want. Like, they could get a nice little haul for him. Quentin Nelson. Jonathan Taylor. DeForest Buckner. Yeah. Anthony Richardson, probably. nice little haul for him quentin nelson quentin nelson jonathan taylor deforest buckner anthony richardson probably it's they gotta play anthony richardson just play him play anthony richard free him right hank riley leonard okay uh dolphins 28 jets 25 am i up yeah you're up memes can i can i jump in real quick yeah let's let hank start Am I up?

1:00:40Yeah, you're up, memes. Can I jump in real quick? Yeah. Let's let Hank start. Okay, Hank, you start. Just cheer you up. What did you think about this game? What did you think about the Jets game? I didn't watch too much of it because it was a Jets-Dolphins game, to be honest with you. Right. Two terrible teams, and the Dolphins won. I can't say I watched too much of this game. I'm sorry. I just want to give the opportunity to start. Honestly, it's a great take of the game. Yeah. Memes, what did you think? The season's over. Oh, no. It's over. No. It's done. Season officially ended one week before Halloween. Made it further than last year. Oh, no. So what do you have to watch for? What is your reason for watching Jets games every weekend from now on if the season's over?

1:01:28There's no reason. Okay. Okay. I would just watch, but there's no reason to watch. Right. Unless they win every game, which they're not going to. Right. Unless they win every game, which they're not going to. Right. But you're still going to watch? I will watch. Did you think you were going to win this game? Yeah, why? The Dolphins hadn't had a lead all year. I know, but I want to know, because the memes was right, the season's over, and the season's been over, but I feel like he had some false confidence. Did you mean? If you knew the season was over, did you think the season was going to be over before this game? Well, no, if they won, they were back. Yeah. Because they got the Raiders next week.

1:02:12Right. But now they lost to the 0-5 Dolphins. Dead. And, I mean, I don't know where you want to start like what pissed you off the most because it was it it was it was the first it was a defense it was the first half defense and i mean they made a couple stops in the second half but it was pretty much the same as when they played the bears and the patriots where they just could just run the ball at will and you just can't get off the field ever Yeah, Ollie Gordon was a beast And you just have a defensive head coach Who had to prepare for the 0-5 Dolphins On a first year coach Who Bobby Slowick's their OC You should be able to hold him under 20 And you couldn't do that in one half What do you think Aaron Glenn's doing right now

1:02:57With his three timeouts from the first half? Do you think he tucks them in at bedtime? Do you, like, kiss them on the forehead? I think if you hit him with true serum, he knew he just wanted time to run out. Because that was, yeah, that was a choice. Yeah, no, he has no idea what to do under two minutes, and it's, like, broken his brain to the point where he knew if they got the ball back, they weren idea what to do under two minutes and it's like broken his brain to the point where he knew if they got the ball back they weren't going to do anything right so he's like it's better that we just end this right now hopefully they kick a field goal and we just we'll get the ball back at half and then you had the moment where it was 24 17 it felt like the

1:03:33jets were going to maybe squeak it out they got first and goal from the one or 21 14 sorry they got first and goal from the one they went minus one yard minus one yard 12 yard sack and that was it and then they gave up a big touchdown uh on the other like after kicking a field goal yeah it's not a great formula when you're asking 36 year old geno smith to play a perfect game like he had to pick in the missed field goal but at the same time the defense just had to make two stops yeah his uh the whole explanation that Big Cat was talking about like the the communication at the end of the half um I actually do think I was joking about it last week with the the commanders I do think that you should be able to demand

1:04:17the black box communications if you want to figure out what happened between the coaching staff the quarterback and the coordinators yeah i think if you're an owner you should be entitled to go back especially if it's the jets review the black box you need to go back and figure out what happened because somebody's lying to you about what happened and you got to figure out what it is yeah i i agree with that because like i think he just constantly lies to the media and we just we just never will actually know what's going on his head um so you guys have still aaron glenn has yet to beat an afc east team oh right yeah only that's pretty bad it's pretty bad that's really i think this what he's like officially fired

1:04:57now is he going to be fired during the season? Memes fired him. I know Memes, you fired him, but you also fired him so that you could take his job and try to rebuild the Jets. I will be rebuilding the Jets. I don't know how you rebuild a team in a rebuild, but I'm going to figure it out. Right. I think you keep him. He's the best guy for the job if you want to lose. But does that mean that Woody Johnson will keep him. He's the best guy for the job if you want to lose. So you think that... But does that mean that Woody Johnson will keep him? It depends. I don't know if it was his birthday today. You're the birthday guy. In the FCN emails, which he was mentioned, the Jets lost to the Dolphins on his birthday,

1:05:36and he was pissed, and I think he fired someone on that day, too. Okay. the dolphins on his birthday and he was pissed and i think he fired someone on that day too okay so it might be a birthday firing because he's so mad you ruined my birthday well i mean you can't lose this is like this is the same as the colts last week the colts fire their chris ballard because they lost to a winless team when you lose to a win dolphins had not had a lead all season this was a chance for the jets to be if you're three and four you're thinking like hey maybe outside shot at a you know being a wild card team and now it's just completely like you basically just did what the colts did last week just a week later yeah no it and i blame it all on the defense I don't want to blame Geno

1:06:20Because, again, he's just old and a bridge quarterback The defense just has to make one stop Also, if you want to do positives Omar Cooper's a stud The Jets have pieces Yeah He was the first Jets rookie to go consecutive games With 100 yards and a touchdown So, first in Jets rookie to go consecutive games with 100 yards in a touchdown. So first in Jets history. Yeah, he's a stud. But Frank Reikland just loves tight ends. Yeah. Braylon Allen, Badger, really good. Braylon's stud. Yeah. Brees Hall's quad is killing me. And by the way, credit to the Dolphins. They are doing the tank perfectly because you got to win a game. They got to space out their wins, and they got to win a game every now and then to keep the morale there.

1:07:07Chop Robinson looks awesome. Ollie Gordon was great. They ran the ball well. They have seemingly a competent coaching staff, a lot of young guys that are getting better. They're doing it correctly. Yeah, getting a division win in the middle of the tank is always good yeah like and they haven't fucked up their draft order yet if the chargers can at some point win a game which i think they'll be able to do shane i don't know because that's the thing like what the dolphins did this week and what the titans last week, if I close my eyes, I can't see the Chargers doing it. You don't think that they could fuck around? I don't know. Chargers play the Jets. They're going to win that. Oh. They play Jets and Dolphins.

1:07:48Yeah. And the Dolphins did fuck up their tank. They beat the Jets. If the Chargers get the first pick, Shane, do you think that the Mannings would allow Arch to go there? What? It's a question. He'll be lucky if he even gets drafted. I'm just curious. Let alone first pick? I didn't say the first round. Is that a no? I didn't say the first round. What? I didn't say the first round, Shane. We wouldn't take him in the seventh. Oh. No, thank you. That's just dumb. I don't think so. It's good value. That's great value. It's good value. You wouldn't take a Manning in the seventh round? Just to sell jerseys, dude. He made some good throws this weekend. And some bad ones. You're not a draft guy. He made some good ones too.

1:08:28There was two takes that I saw online today. I'd like to hear your thoughts about memes. Our darling Jake had a comment about this game. He said, Revenge of the Fingers. Oh, the two fingers. That was. Oh, the Two of Fingers. That was his tweet. Was this a Fingers revenge game, Mames? Did you get Revenge of the Fingers? Yeah, the Fingers got me. Revenge of the Fingers is a great magazine cover. No one has ever been more mad about anything. Yeah, or has never moved on from anything. Two of Fingers. Do you know the guy online, Depressed Jets fan? Yeah. So Depressed Jets fan, he quit the Jets today. Yeah, he quits every year. Oh, he does? Yeah. He said, due to recent struggles and constant pain suffered from the New York Jets,

1:09:15I've ultimately decided that I'm going to step away from the game I've once loved. Not sure when I'll be back. I can no longer endure the constant torture and pain the New York Jets have ultimately decided that I'm going to step away from the game I've once loved. Not sure when I'll be back. I can no longer endure the constant torture and pain the New York Jets give me. I think that's fair. I think every Jets fan, it's been 16 years since you made the playoffs, you could opt out. Damn. Yeah, Hank's just finding out for that for the first time. I didn't realize it was that long. Yeah, it's a sports podcast. You'll figure that one out one time. No, I was like, it's just crazy. It's like one of those age things. I was like an adult then. Yeah, it's a sports podcast. You'll figure that one out one time. No, I was like, it's just crazy. It's like one of those

1:09:40age things. I was like an adult then. Yeah, you're too old to look shit up. No, it's just the time goes quick, you know? Yeah. He's got a little bit of brightness in his eyes for the first time all day. I love it. Yeah, Hungerdog didn't it? Nope. Sure didn't. Never does. This is also a great locker room scene that was set first by Rich Cimini. He said, Gino Smith and Garrett Wilson, among the last players around, emerged from the shower at the same time, talking to each other as they head to their lockers. Hashtag Jets. Really painted a picture of what that locker room vibe was like. Yeah, they just don't throw Garrett Wilson the ball. It sounds like that's what Geno was doing. But CBS did do a good job of being like,

1:10:24couldn't have thrown to him on this play. He'd be like, he's double covered. But when he was open, Geno would just get sacked. It was planned by the Dolphins defense to push Geno out to the other side so he has to throw to someone else. Like defense is game plan for Garrett Wilson, but now you have Omar Cooper. They can't trade Garrett Wilson. No. They can't do it. You already have. You have three picks in the top ten, right? Where are your picks right now? We have Colts. We have Cowboys. Yeah. You have right now the sixth pick, the ninth pick, and the eleventh pick. That and the 11th pick it's pretty good that's a pretty good start to fixing the defense shane do you want jeremiah smith yes sprint up to the podium

1:11:10sprint up to the sprint up is in the biggest no-brainer of all time what about getting zesty for mesty why would i do that that? Jeremiah Smith's right there. Yeah, take Jeremiah Smith. Best player available. What about zesty for mesty? What about him? Zesty for mesty? They say mesty is Josh Allen with Patrick Mahomes throwing motion. Wow. Josh should get him. That's pretty good. They won't. Sounds like he'll play good in New York. You're getting pervert for Herbert. You need to get zesty for Mesty. I've always been. No, no thank you. What about getting zesty for Mesty? You keep asking me that. I'm pervert for Herb. I don't like the way that Max says it. It was zesty. That's the whole point.

1:11:53Okay. Browns 27, Titans 24. The Browns are just the five and two Cleveland Browns 27, Titans 24. The Browns are just... The 5-2 Cleveland Browns, who are in first place in the AFC North. They have another date with the Steelers next week. I think it's when Little Brother becomes Big Brother on Dom's sheet. The Browns just do the same thing every week. And I just... It's kind of fun. Their defense plays well, although this, this week, Tony Pollard like scored three touchdowns. He had two, I think in like before we even sat down. And then they stay close enough that Deshaun Watson is Mr. Fourth quarter. Deshaun Watson was in the fourth quarter, eight for 1189 yards in a rushing touchdown. He had a go ahead touchdown drive and a game-winning field goal drive.

1:12:43The Browns, in their five wins, have had five game-winning drives from Deshaun Watson. Just keep it close enough for Deshaun Watson, the only other two players, to have five game-winning drives in their first five wins for a team in a season. Matthew Stafford in 2016 and Trey Aikman in 1990. They just do it. And I don't – it's kind of entertaining to watch, I think. It is. I don't think that – there are going to be some people that say the Cleveland Browns are frauds. I don't think that the Browns are frauds. No, because I don't think they're that good. Right. Yeah. Right. The Browns – and I think a lot of people, even Browns fans watching them, they get the same vibe watching them as you or I might get if we're on a roulette table

1:13:25and we keep betting on red and red keeps hitting and we're fucking excited. We're like, holy shit, I can't believe that red hit again. Yeah. Well, we don't think that red's going to keep hitting for the rest of our lives. No. It's going to maybe bounce back every now and again, but they're just enjoying the crazy wins that they're pulling out of their ass all the time and guess what which is a great place to be and guess what their schedule isn't that tough no they might like they could be a playoff team i wouldn't i'm not going to totally rule that out right so if you look at like the point differential and stuff like you're missing the point of the cleveland browns right i'm not going to treat the cleveland browns the same way that i would treat the minnesota vikings for example

1:14:01right they're the cleveland browns are the fact that they're five and two is pretty damn cool yeah and joshua watson is playing serviceable football which is a good thing for the cleveland browns and yeah they're they're five and two yep that browns fans got to be pumped. And they also know if they play a really good team, it's going to be difficult. But it could be good. You never know. And if you win next week against the Steelers, you'd have two games up on the Steelers. I think you'd be 3-0 in the division. That would be pretty insane. That would be something. In between Deshaun Watson's last 300-yard passing games and today, there were 495 other players who passed for 300. Or 495 different games in which somebody passed for 300 yards.

1:14:50Okay. It's a long time. 2020, week 17 was the last time Deshaun went off for 300. Okay. So he might be kind of back. If you get him to the fourth quarter, he's going to win you a football game. And I think that's just what he's been doing all season. He's got to have a party now. Yeah. And all season it's like, hey, we need to Deshaun drive. Let's go do it. Party at Deshaun's. I will say the Titans, maybe they found something where they looked a lot more competent as a football team. And that was mostly Tony Pollard, who was really good running the ball. They looked more competent, though, than they have. Something about beating the Colts has given them, like, hey, I'm a big boy, I can do this kind of energy.

1:15:29I was going to say that, like, the first quarter, if you're a Titans fan, you probably, there was a second where you thought, we might just be really, really good. How many did they score in the fourth quarter against the Colts? Was it 20? I think so, yeah. So 20 points in the fourth quarter, 14 in the first today. 34 points in one cumulative half of football. There were some Titans fans out there that thought, we might have figured this shit out. Yeah. Salah was right. We were close, and we just turned the corner. We almost did it. But yeah, the Browns, the 5-2 Browns. Hank, do you take the 5-2 Browns seriously? No. They have a better record than the Patriots? No. Okay. Does anyone? Why? Because it's Cleveland Browns in the playoffs.

1:16:12They're not going to make a serious run. Are you saying that? They could not make a serious run in the playoffs. We all know that. They're 5-2. Is it because of the schedule? No. It's just the team, the organization, the city. They could have a good record. They could be a high-ranked seed going into the playoffs. They're not making a run. Mostly the city, it sounds like. It's all things combined. Their defense is good. Could they make a run to the Super Bowl? No. Yes or no? I think of 141 yards on the ground to the Titans. Yeah, that's true. It did happen. I think it was the beginning of the game was like, they got kind of. That's still the game. Yeah, The Browns aren't good. We know the Browns aren't good.

1:16:53Listen, Browns fans should be happy. Five and two is awesome. Yeah, they should be. They definitely should be happy. And this game against the Steelers is huge. They should have flexed it. That would have been... That actually is probably the exact sign. Yeah, now we have to watch the shit bowl between the Commies and the Eagles. Yeah, not flexing the Browns and the Steelers. Two 5-2 teams to see who gets sole possession of the AFC North so that we can watch the Commanders and the Eagles on Sunday Night Football. That's bullshit america it's gonna be so yeah it sucks it sucks i always hate when my team's playing in prime time especially when i get embarrassed yeah it's like i i this is for me to watch and it's such a shit

1:17:30bowl that like you're not even gonna be happy about the like even if yeah it's this is my private thing that i get to watch and i don't really love it but i hate it when other people watch i mean you guys are talking like you won't talk shit to each other, and if you win, you won't be very excited. You will. Well, it depends if the Eagles win tomorrow. Yeah, because then they could still win the division. Yeah. But if you beat the Eagles, you'll be pumped. Of course. Yeah. Of course. Yeah. Are you kidding me? Still win the division. Prime time? Yeah. All right, let's do a couple ads, and we'll get to the last two afternoon games, or early games, and get to the afternoon games. Before we get to the afternoon games,

1:19:57Visit betterhelp.com slash pmt explore your payment options that's betterhelp.com slash pmt okay bucks 43 panthers 13 i'm gonna say something i never thought i'd say todd bowles did a really good job coaching today they were prepared they were prepared but not only were they prepared, they basically said, hey, Baker's back. He's still not 100%. Let's win this game without having to get Baker killed and put the onus on him. So what did they do? They ran the fuck out of the football, and they played incredible defense. Bucky Irving, 24 rushes for 106 yards and 200 or two touchdowns i think he had i think he had 11 runs on the first drive or something like that they were just running the ball they just ran the ball ran the ball ran the ball and then were really really good on defense

1:20:53and harassed the fuck out of bryce young to the point that we saw Kenny Pickett. There was 11 Bucs players who had a QB pressure. They had five sacks. 51% pressure rate. The Bucs have the makings of a team that could be good. Their defense has been good. They've just had really shitty losses where things have fallen apart. I don't know. They dismantled the Panthers today. The Panthers should never be favorites. Even if the Panthers are good, they shouldn't be favorites. That strip sack that they had where Kansi picked it up. That was pretty sick. Returning to the end zone, did a little front flip. Even though he's always hurt, he's like, I can go balls out and celebrate on this one. The defense played awesome today.

1:21:36Baker just handed the ball off a ton. 48 runs why do you think why do you think they weren't able to do this when they didn't have baker well the panthers run defense is bad because uh i mean the the bears week one we we ran for like 280 yards on the panther i think the panthers run defense is very bad so that was but it was i'm just saying from a guy who i don't have a lot of trust in in todd bowles he came prepared in this he didn't fuck this one up yeah because like you could just see a world where he's like oh baker's back we'll make him throw it 30 times this was the correct yes i agree this was the correct game plan to have coming back i i don't know necessarily that the uh the bucks are fixed though but dude their defense is good like they

1:22:21have a good defense their losses are maddening but they were they have not gotten like blown out in any games and i i if you're ranking nfc south uh units yeah falcons offense panthers offense which was bad today but bucks Bucs defense is there. Like, look at all the games they were in. They were in, they've lost one score games, and they've all been kind of ridiculous losses. They should have beaten the Steelers. How this happened, yeah. So I do think that, like, their defense can get them back in this thing, and if they win next week against the Falcons, which is a home game for them, they now would have two wins in the division. And, I mean, the Panthers are 3-3 and they lead the division.

1:23:08They're only two games back. So I don't know. I'm starting to, if Baker can get healthy and return to what we saw at the beginning of last year, they do have, I think, probably the most reliable unit. That's what I'll put it as. The most reliable unit in the NFC South is the Bucs defense. Most reliable. Okay. Because we've seen the up-and-down nature of the Falcons offense and the Panthers offense. So, again, if you look at what the Bucs have done this year, they have been reliably good on defense so i'm yeah this was a big step for them where it's like they're you're never out of it in the nfc south you're never out of it that second quarter for the for the bucks was so good so dominant 26 points on the board uh field goal fumble return for a touchdown touchdown touchdown

1:23:58all in the second quarter At least it was over by halftime Because I think that if you're the Panthers It's easier to burn the tape and move on Be like, this game was out of hand by halftime We don't Whatever happened before that sucked But we don't necessarily think that it's part of our identity moving forward Yeah, it was Bryce's first really, really bad game This year I don't think that this is going to linger with them too much. And I don't think that they're that bad of a team. And maybe that's just me being really bitter because I did pick them to cover the spread against the Bucs. They were three-point favorites. You did the thing you're never supposed to do, bet the Panthers as favorites.

1:24:34That does stick with me a little bit. But at the end of the day, I do think that it's... If you're going to lose to a division rival, I think it's better to have one quarter where everything possible goes wrong. And then you're like, fuck it. Okay, we're not going to win this one. We'll regather. And we're going to move forward and pretty much act like this game never even happened. Yeah. Kenny Pickett came in. And Kenny, at some point, is no longer a two-glove guy. No. The right hand was completely exposed. Yeah, he came in early. This game was over so fast. The game was over super early today. This is a complete blowout. Canales was talking about, this is, I think, the worst half of football that he's ever been a part of.

1:25:08That's what he said, at least. I went back for just the last couple years that he's coached the Panthers. That was the worst half of football that he's witnessed. And he's seen some really bad halves of football. Damn. Yeah. That is saying something yeah i'm i'm gonna i'm gonna buy some buck what's what's the what's the bucks to win the nfc south can you look that up for me max i don't know if i'm gonna do it but i'm i'm just saying they they have they have been a weird plus 450 they've been a weird plus 450. They've been a weird kind of, I don't want to call snakebitten, but think about their losses this year. Remember the stupid loss where the weather delay, it was like a three-hour weather delay,

1:25:50lost by a field goal to the Packers. They were up by 13 to the Steelers in the fourth quarter. Now I'm saying all this, and and Todd Bull is still the head coach, so I'll look like an absolute fool when he gets into a big situation with a must win and they completely squander it. I think Todd figured it out, though, which is if you get up to a 29-point lead, you don't really have to worry about timeouts and going for it. You can just kind of go off vibes and be just fine. And the Panthers, by the way, so games allowing 42 points this season, the NFL, in the entire NFL, not including the Panthers, there's been three of them. The Panthers have two of them, so they have two out of the five total.

1:26:32So, yeah, this Panthers defense is a problem. It's definitely a problem. And Bryce Young was not good. So, when he's not good they can they can they are built to potentially win shootouts when bryce young plays like he's been playing now i don't know and again baker i i'd say if you he had 64 years i think he was seven for 11 but the one the one thing that would make you be like oh baker might be close to coming back is that tez johnson that scramble drill he had, touchdown to Tez Johnson to end the quarter is like, okay, he's feeling it. Maybe he can ramp it up a little bit more. But again, great job. Very impressed by Todd Bowles. I think the Bucs are very live in the NFC South because they haven't played any division games yet,

1:27:15so they kind of control their own destiny in that respect. You know what I mean? Like if they beat the Falcons next games yet. So they kind of control their own destiny in that respect. You know what I mean? Like if they beat the Falcons next week, not saying they will, but if they beat the Falcons next week, they now have one over on the two teams ahead of them, and they'd be tied with the Falcons. When is Emeka Buka going to get back? I don't know. I mean, he hasn't been good. I know, but theoretically, we have seen him be good in the past. Yeah. They just got to run the ball. Just build the whole thing out of Bucky Irving. I don't know when he'll be back. I like Sean Tucker, too. Yeah. Okay.

1:27:51Last game, early window. A running back wearing a number in the 40s just looks awesome to me. And just run your ass over. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, it was just a perfect game for the Bucs. Just an absolute laugher. Didn't matter. number in the 40s just looks awesome to me yeah and just run your ass over yeah um yeah i mean i just i that it was just a perfect game for the bucks it's just an absolute laugher didn't matter oh again 11 bucks players had a qb pressure uh all right bangles 35 ravens 13 not as severe because it was such a laugher in the second half but the ravens did it again where they had they have three losses this year all three losses they've been leading at halftime. Their halftime leads in those three losses,

1:28:2314-6, 10-0, 13-0. They were up 13-0 in the first half. The Bengals looked like one of the worst teams ever in the first half. Not only was Snoop Huntley and Zay Flowers dicing them, but Joe Burrow looked lost. The Bengals didn't have the ball in the first half. He was 6 for 12 for 43 yards. They had 19 plays total in 59 yards, and then the second half happened, and Joe Burrow absolutely skull-fucked the Ravens. By the way, I don't necessarily agree with the way that you framed it. I think this is worse for the Ravens. No, I'm saying they just keep doing it They keep having leads and losing Right this is an egregious one Oh no well It's not egregious because it's still Snoop Huntley that's the only reason

1:29:10They just run out of plays For him he comes out and the scripted Plays look good and then it just doesn't Look good anymore so that's where I'm like I get that it's not Lamar, but this is the first time that a team's lost by 20 with a 13-point halftime lead since 1950. Yeah. Like, this is pretty bad. Like, if you're a Ravens fan, you're starting to wonder, like, okay, how much of this was really Harbaugh's fault, and how much is just some other shit that's going on in the building? Because they can't stop blowing these leads. I meant more that wasn't like blowing a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter. Right. The way Joe Burrow came out in the second half, like the Bengals went down the field

1:29:53and scored, and I think the live line was even money, even though they were still down six because it was so obvious what the Bengals were about to do, and they did exactly that. So it wasn't like a, how do we let that one get away? Because you still had a half of football, and the Bengals were so good in the second half. And it's Snoop Huntley. You need Lamar back. The Ravens are not good. I mean, their defense looked terrible in the second half, and Snoop Huntley, just like he can't. He's a backup quarterback for a reason. They've been outscored 48 to nothing in the second half in the last two games uh the the drives in the second half for the bengals went as such nine plays 66 yards touchdown six plays 47 yards

1:30:30touchdown six plays 76 yards touchdown five plays 79 yards touchdown three plays 24 yards touchdown t higgins had zero catches in the first half six catches 148 yards a touchdown the second half and um jamar chase apparently lit into everybody in the locker room at halftime they looked that bad yeah i'm not surprised yeah jamar chase was the one that gave the speech he got apparently he cried last week in the locker room oh when he gave the halftime speech he said this this week i didn't cry but i lit into everybody i've done it before i cried last time didn't cry, but I lit into everybody. I've done it before. I cried last time. Didn't cry this time. We've got to step this shit up and make something work.

1:31:03And then it came out in the second half, and everything that they tried worked. Yeah, Joe Burrow played perfect football in the second half. Yeah. 16 for 18, 249 yards, four touchdowns. Perfect football. It's the 10th time since 2022 the Ravens have blown a double-digit lead. See, I don't even think of it as a double-digit lead see i don't even think of it as a double digit lead just because there was so much football to be played and you just need lamar back i don't know what to say like you can't and i don't it's is it not kind of weird that he hasn't come back so now we do this all the time we get into an argument about about his ankle with somebody because they said we heard from uh from rap sheet that it wasn't a high sprain, it wasn't a low sprain, it was like a medial

1:31:42sprain. And he goes, oh, is that what they told you? Well, you can talk to my trainer because the trainer here said it's a high ankle sprain. Okay. So I guess that's what it is. But yeah, this is- All right. So he's giving the right answer that he's actually hampered because I just- Yeah. I don't know. His explanation, it does make sense. It's infuriating if you're a ravens coach or if you're a ravens fan but he's saying like if i do play with it i'm just going to be a pocket passer i'm going to be a statue and i suck at that and like he's not wrong he needs to have that that extra dimension to be lamar but he still would be better than stupendly probably would be yeah like that's that's where it would be like just i don't know and then after the game uh jesse

1:32:20mentor did he hit he hit the button and he said it starts with me it goes all the way down so we gotta it's our first it starts with me their defense was really bad in the second half did you see the play that marlon humphrey got he got burned three times on one single play by T. Higgins. Yeah. It was actually a brutal watch. He got burned to the inside. Then I think it was maybe Joe Burrow was under pressure. He then went and ran by him and then ran by him again after he caught the ball. Bad. Yeah, it was really bad. And the Ravens have to play, I think their next two games are the Bills and the Jaguars, want to say that's not good Lamar's got to be back he's got to be back against the Bills they're in last place in the uh AFC North their their uniforms today were so

1:33:11purple yeah none more purple you can't you can't get more purple than they were at bills and then home against the jaguars on short week on a thursday night football that is i don't know if you want to you want to have that defensive performance and have to go play at the bills off of a buy you think that jesse mentor would be able to to do something about that defense yeah so he did say yeah he said it starts to me he said it twice after the game and our guy ryan paganetti he did a study on, he said, it starts to me. He said it twice after the game and our guy, Ryan Paganetti, he did a study on coaches. I requested this specifically custom research for us. Nice. How often do you have coaches say,

1:33:46said after a loss, it starts with me. And then what is the outcome after that? What happens the next week? When a coach says it starts with me the next week, they cover at a 54% rate. Oh, so just, just a little nugget. I think that means maybe we bet on the Ravens next week. Not if Snoop Huntley's playing. I think it might be Lamar. Why do you look confused, Max? I thought it was going to be Lamar this week. We all thought it was going to be Lamar this week. I don't know. It was limping. Who? Lamar. I know. I'm just saying, like, the way the line moved in the early thoughts, it was going to be Lamar. If it's Tyler Huntley, you can't. I also just, like, I feel bad for Tyler Huntley. He did his job.

1:34:32Yeah. He went one and one. He should be able to clock out and be like, I did my job. I went one and one. One and two even isn't that bad. Yeah. But that's it. At some point, this is not the job description. Yeah, you're asking me too much. You're giving me... It's like when everyone says they're proficient in Excel and then they give you the real thing. You're like, hold on a second. Yeah, I know how to move the mouse. I know how to open it and that you can add two things together in the cells. What's a function? How does this guy make his cells light up? I actually think that the proficient in Excel, too, like that every single employer knows that that's bullshit. Do you have to? I think you have to, like, prove or write.

1:35:17You would write something different if you actually knew how to use Excel. Right. You'd have a certification. Right. I remember, I mean, I haven't had a resume in a very long time, but it would just be proficient, and then I would just write, like, Microsoft Word, Excel, Notes, whatever. Yeah. No one's proficient. The people who are proficient in Excel, they don't say it like that. I'm proficient in email. I've watched people. I mean, have you watched the Excel Olympics? Yeah, sick. That shit is insane. They don't use a mouse. Yeah, they don't say it like that. I'm proficient in email. I've watched people. I mean, have you watched the Excel Olympics? Yeah, sick. That shit is insane. They don't use a mouse.

1:35:43Yeah, they don't use a mouse. They just go tab, pinky. I remember my third week out of college working and saying I was proficient in Excel and then watched as a coworker did something and I was just like, wait, okay, never mind. That guy's just a programmer. I'm not proficient. Memes, are you proficient? That's what I'm trying to find. I used to be. I took class on it. Really? Yeah. Good for you. Teach us something. If. If is big. If, evil. Am I spelling your name right? Parenthesis. What about then? I think then is in there. I used to know. I used to know. You got to close the parentheses. And then if you're able to do macros, you could get a job anywhere. What's a macro? PFT does macro. I do that every Monday, Wednesday.

1:36:30I record it. That's how you do it. You have to record macro. Yeah. And then that macro gets... What? Macros. You're just saying words. We're just talking macros. No, no, no. Back in the day when I used to work in accounting... Would you write macros? We had a macro guy who would write the macros. What does it mean? What are you saying? This is how unproficient... Unproficient? Those are people who are super efficient. they're able to write macros shane do you i don't even know what you're saying i got i got the base level of knowledge for excel that might have google sheets i'm so bad at it if you send me an excel i could probably break it in like two seconds just by being an idiot i always get scared i don't even

1:37:19like i'm so bad at excel like someone will share something with me and i'll not really know what i'm looking at like the it's it's made it has everything there oh shame that should maybe be like a punishment ticket an excel class oh with a test that you have to pass oh god can i explain what a macro is? Sure. An Excel macro is a saved sequence of actions, keystrokes, and commands that Excel replays on command to automate repetitive tasks. Wow. So you write it. That sounds really cool. It's like a robot? Yeah. Is that AI? Yeah, essentially. Sweet. Damn. I like that part. One of us should actually do that. Max, are you proficient? I'm trying to... I think I'm proficient. Maybe Mount Rushmore next year?

1:38:05You're proficient in triple XL. Damn. I'm not triple XL. Hank, what was one of the mean things you were saying? Stop it! I don't... I didn't even do anything. Chubby's pretty mean. I didn't have a list. Chubby's not meat. You're chubby, too. What the fuck, dude? I'm not going to talk to Hank anymore because I don't want to catch any of these. Everyone's not being meat. It's not meat. It's just true. Hank's just lashing out. I don't think Big Cat's chubby. Chubby-ish? No. Just like Hank's a loser-h because he can't win the hungry dog i'm a loser how do you how do you get how do you win the money line of the new york giants plus 10 and not walk away with anything i'm a loser that's insane i'm a loser and there were some

1:38:51dogs that won today yeah i'm a loser box dog. Dog. I had him. Falcons. Dog. Okay. Go to the afternoon games. You just gave me a look like you're going to keep going because we'll go past Chubby. No, I didn't say that. No, I know. You looked it. Oh, here we go. Let's bring it back. Hey, come on back back Come on, Hank Let's get to the Lock back in Hank, you're not a loser Think about the daps Also, you So many daps You picked Like, I was impressed That you called out The Giants today That was a great fucking Thanks, man You know ball Yeah, thanks Totally What? I'm being honest I know That was a good call thanks man you know ball yeah thanks totally what I'm being honest I know that was a good call

1:39:42like they're 10 point underdogs you've seen wait it's not that serious three world series wins yep how many Super Bowls six six Super Bowls it's not that serious countless daps you lost a bet a Stanley Cup tomorrow two Celtics championships A parade Two Water Dogs titles What are you going to say, Max? I had nothing to say Oh, at the college football show On Friday at UConn Which was a great crowd Someone made a sign that just said Shout out the Water Dogs They're like water dogs for life and i did the i just pointed to my finger i went one two for my rings it's pretty cool do you still have that ring no but it felt cool do you think you should do the like yeah water dogs one do you think you'll get the second one yeah yeah you know what all rebels

1:40:33paul rables our guy we will do it probably donated those first rings to charity. But we do so much charity work, we just kind of forgot about it. I think Billy took them. Yeah, probably. That could possibly be it. Also worth investigating. We'll find them. Okay. Broncos 30, Cardinals 16. We could do two of fingers with our rings. Two of fingers. Broncos 30, Cardinals 16. Broncos offense. Bo Nix. Now, the run was awesome. I don't remember seeing a run like that in a while in the NFL where it was a 62-yard scramble that there wasn't anyone even close to him. And did he complete all his deep passes? No, but he took them. He tried to throw deep. Bo Nix heard the criticism. He heard Ryan Fitzpatrick say that

1:41:19he was disrespecting the position and in uh week seven he had the highest average depth of target love that because he just came out bombing him just throwing deep every play being like fuck you guys i know what you're saying about me calling me the check down king because before i think his average was like 6.3 i think it was lower lower than that. It was like 4.9. For his depth of target. It might have been lower. I know at some point it was in the low sixes. But yeah, last week, taking that into account, it probably is right around five. And then this week it was 11.3 at one point today. I think it evened out being 10.92. There you go, Bo. So Bo was like, yeah. There you go, Bo. I'm going to air it out. I'm going to throw it deep

1:41:59and fuck what you guys are saying, but honestly, you guys might have a point too. Yeah, no, it wasn't like he was great, but he might be getting his swagger back. This is how you got to get your swagger back. That's when I heard Big Cat say, what did you call it, like a point of crisis for Bo Nix? It was. That's when Bo Nix starts to do the good Bo Nix If he came out and played the card the the arizona cardinals where you know that the broncos defense is going to put jacoby verset in hell yep they were in hell nick pedino had a billion pressures in this game alex singleton had 19 tackles they were in hell if you know that your defense can put the cardinals in hell you can have and you come out and you don't throw it

1:42:40past the line of scrimmage, then it's a point of crisis. Bo Nix, you pass the point of crisis. You're good. Well, no, you're not good. You're Bo. You're close to getting your swagger back. Oh, no, Hank just tweeted, My bets never hit. I blow the cave parlay for the boys and the people. I can't golf from either side. I exist solely for dogs to bite and rip a toy version of me to shreds okay a couple things number one this sounds like olivia soprano she gave her a twitter account uh number two hank you've been dominating people in the call outs yeah i'm just saying what people are saying, and I agree with them. Yeah. Okay. I mean. Oh, man. The audacity to have Locke in your name shaking my head.

1:43:24That's pretty funny. Really funny. Oh, okay. It wasn't funny. Sorry, Travis. Delete that. I agree. Not funny. It's not. Max is reporting it. Wait, what are the options for reporting i've never seen that i reported it dang what are the options for a good guy max i don't know you gotta be a real loser to report shit spam hate abuse child safety impersonation illegal and regulated behaviors private and non-consensual contents suicide self-harm terrorism terrorism civic integrity that's real nerd shit okay uh we need to get bidwell out of arizona i promised someone this morning that i would uh say that i think he's a pretty bad owner because the cardinals suck he's a terrible owner and uh let's get him out. Let's get him the fuck out.

1:44:19He's a piece of shit. Let's get him out. I agree. The team has never been good. It's been good one time. He's milking the fan base. Yeah. It sucks. And he's sell the team. Get the fuck out. You have no intentions of winning. I'm going to do some more research on this Bidwell guy I'm gonna do Big Cat Finds Out And when I say that I'm gonna just name search Bidwell And just someone's gonna probably have a thread That's like this is why he sucks And I'll be in on it I know that he has been named in a lot of lawsuits Okay Bad guy Yeah he's been in trouble With the league He's been on the short list Okay Like Goodell has put him On the hot seat And been like Hey you got to straight up And fly right Bedwell

1:45:05Well let's get him The fuck out Yeah the fans The game was all Broncos fans Literally just orange Everywhere Yeah it was pretty bad And it was Larry Fitzgerald day Which is Larry's the man He's coming back right He might be coming back Is this the first ever did they put him in the ring of honor i think so the first ever guy in the ring of honor who has not retired sell the team michael bidwell sell the fucking team you're a bad guy there is a uh hashtag bidwell out campaign fans raised over eight thousand dollars for digital billboards across the Phoenix metro area. It actually didn't make him sell the team. But I appreciate the effort. Yes, that's good effort. I'm buying Broncos stock by the way i'd like to report that i'm buying broncos stock if they can there's a huge

1:45:54they have a huge matchup next week against the chiefs they find a win way to win that game they're back in control of the afc west their defense is really really good remember how bad they played against the chiefs in week one they've fixed a lot of that i'm buying i'm buying broncos suck especially if bonix is is going to take some risks. We need Bo Nix to take risks. We need Bo Nix to run. He did both those today. Doddington Bones. This was like a warm-up game for the Chiefs. Next week, buying the Broncos stock. There are like five or six times every game where I see Bo Nix scrambling. It does feel like he can pick up a first down, and he doesn't. Now he's going to. And now he's doing it. That was an electric run down and he doesn't now he's going now he's doing it

1:46:33that was an electric run that he had today now he's going to okay uh let's do the last two ads and then we will finish with lions and packers and rams and raiders before we get back to the games are brought to you by blue chew part of my take sponsored by blue chew football season's here so if you want your saturdays and sundays free you're going to need to show your girl a good time on friday blue chew gold is going to need to show your girl a good time on Friday. People out there think margaritas are a summer drink. Like once Labor Day hits, you pack up the salt rim, you put the blender in storage, you switch to pumpkin spice something. Absolutely not. Margaritas aren't just for summer. I enjoy tequila year-round. I'm a four-season guy. That's why I keep it Cuervo. Football Sunday, keep it Cuervo. Tailgating in a parking lot when it's 38 degrees and Big Cat's complaining about his toes? Margarita. Thanksgiving with the in-laws when someone's uncle brings up politics before the turkey's even out?

1:48:22Better believe, show up with a bottle of Cuervo. If it's classic Marga on the rocks or around with the boys when your team covers, Cuervo has been doing this for over 200 years. They know what they're doing. Summer's over. The margaritas aren't. Keep it Cuervo. Please drink responsible. Jose Cuervo has been doing this for over 200 years. They know what they're doing. Summer's over. The margaritas aren't. Keep it Cuervo. Please drink responsible. Jose Cuervo. Okay. Lions 20, Packers 17. This was a frustrating game to watch. I think we can all agree on that. Would that be a fair way to say? Yeah, it was very frustrating to watch, yes. Very frustrating game to watch because there was a ton of yards and a ton of flags and not a lot of points and listen

1:49:01there's a lot of ways you can lose a football game i think blaming the refs is uh kind of silly but i hate i hate to say this but if you're a Packers fan, you probably have a few complaints because there were some questionable roughing the passer calls. The roughing the passer calls. There was a couple of them. Yeah. Egregious. And then there was like a late whistle or a whistle that didn't even happen when the ref threw the flag from his back, which, by the way, that's a great play. That ref just went out there and made a play. Yeah. But it was for like unnecessary roughness, but there was no there was no whistle and the player on offense got up like he hadn't been touched down yeah so i understand why you you play through the e and whistle yeah you'll play through the w and whistle

1:49:43yeah and it was also a weird game because it was essentially like the uh packers and the lions matt lafleur and dan campbell had a bet on who can pass up more field goals and they I don't even know who ended up passing up more field goals Packers probably should have passed up more field goals because Trace Mack sucked I know his last one got blocked but he missed a chip shot in the first half as well 0 for 2 from 35 yards and in yeah so it was it was a it was a weird game because again there was some like very fun explosive plays Jamo Yeah, so it was a weird game because, again, there was some very fun, explosive plays. J-Mo scored twice. Amon Ra had a billion yards. Josh Jacobs, not a great guy, but pretty damn good at football.

1:50:23He was back, and he had a pretty unbelievable touchdown. But, yeah, it was a tough watch. Lions, though, I'll say this. Lions' defense looks like they're trending in the right way. Brian Branch coming back was big. Brian Branch is one of the elite safeties when he's healthy. And, yeah, he had that great interception on Love today. It's good to see him back. I also like the little green antenna mouthpiece that he has sticking out of his helmet. That's always cool to see. Also helps that the Packers are – I don't know what the stats are i don't think i've ever seen a team drop more balls they just have wide receivers that cannot they get there they have wide receivers that are all so fast and get open and drop balls

1:51:02golden man he just drops golden he would be he would be so good if wide receivers didn't have hands yeah he's always open he's always in the right place the balls are always hitting him in stride and when he catches him he even has trouble like getting after the catch he's like he doesn't believe that he caught it and then as he brings it in it gets knocked out yeah he's just he's a very frustrating player to watch because he could be he could be amazing yeah and instead it's like you can't really trust throwing the ball um dan campbell what the fuck are you doing that's my question coming out of this game congrats on the win i kind of liked it going on his own 24 yard line yeah going for it

1:51:39well his explanation actually made me feel like a bitch even questioning him because his explanation was well i thought we would get it number one i really believed we would get it number two i knew we would get the ball back if it didn't work out so i guess checkmate daniel campbell knew that all that was going to happen okay i know this sound crazy because i do defend these very aggressive moves a lot the reason why i like it is you know that if you're the lions your defense has not been good this year if you punt the ball in that situation there's a very good chance the Packers can run out the clock and kick a field goal. If you don't get it, if you get it, you're probably going to go score.

1:52:17And if you don't get it, the Packers now have the ball at the 24-yard line. There's not enough. Like, they can't waste the – you'll get the ball back. Either they score a touchdown or kick a field goal. You're getting the ball back with time left. So I think that's kind of why he did it. It's still a crazy wild boy move. And it did work out. But out but i think that's why like it's actually in a weird way i don't know if this is how he thought about it but there's no way that the packers can run out the clock when they get the ball on the 24 yard line there's a very high chance the packers could run out the clock if you punt it away and they have four and a half minutes to just slowly go down the field

1:52:52and burn timeouts and then like you would never get the ball back. So I kind of like it. It is crazy, but I like it. His explanation was that he knew that they were going to get the ball back. He knew that the Packers weren't going to score. He trusted your defense to not allow any scores from the 24-yard line. No, I think he's saying exactly what I'm saying. They could let up a field goal or touchdown and they would. Yeah, they'll get the ball back. They'll get the ball back with enough time. You can't run the clock out from the 24-yard line with four and a half minutes left and all three timeouts in the two-minute warning. That was his point, which I think is correct. Do you agree, Max? I'm 100% on his side.

1:53:32I think it's smart. I think more people should think that way yeah on on their own 24 yard line yeah because you can't you're gonna get the ball back like there's nothing more frustrating than like yeah you punting it away and thinking it's like okay all you got to do is get a stop here and you're gonna get it back and then they just slowly slowly slowly bleed it bleed it bleed it you're dead not only that but it's obviously dependent on the team that you have yeah if you're the seahawks you probably punt it but the lions have a bad defense and a really good offense you just want to have as many shots with your offense as possible and if if dan if the packer scored touchdown dan campbell's probably gonna try to

1:54:08score a touchdown and go for two yeah and win it way. The very end of the game was so funny watching the chess match going on between like, should we let Jameer Gibbs score a touchdown? Should Jameer Gibbs try to score a touchdown? Should Jameer Gibbs get a first down? Should he go down at the one yard line? To the point where he might have hurt himself. He might have like twisted his ankle up. Yeah, I know, I saw that. That was a weird, awkward way that he went down because he's just, everything in his body body's like score a touchdown here yeah uh but it was it was a smart thing i guess to go down at the one yard line uh but leflore was thinking the same thing like they're gonna score let's just try to get the ball back immediately yeah so they end up

1:54:44kicking a field goal one second left um after the entire lions uh their entire team just uh mocked the uh the packers for jumping off sides it does feel like there's a lot of bad blood between these teams which i love yeah well the lions lost twice to the packers last year so like they were they definitely were taking it personally you could see it leading up to it and the bye week and everything but yeah i i i know i i and i i know people are going to be like that was crazy that i Dan Cable did that. I do think that's crazy. I like Dan Cable 90% of the time when he does this shit. He's consistent, and I think he's a great coach. This is one that I think, me personally, I was like, this one doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

1:55:22Yeah, this is one where I actually think he was like, it wouldn't have made a lot of sense if they were on the 40, which is crazy to say, but I think that was his whole plan. That it's because you're on your own the in a weird way because they're on their own 24 that's exactly why you should do it because there's no way they can run out the clock if you were at the 35 or the 40 then it's a a more of a toss-up because it's like yeah then they can just get a couple first downs and you'll never get the ball back so i i think he i think he was smart i really did it definitely like, yeah, then they can just get a couple first downs and you'll never get the ball back. So I think he was smart. I really do.

1:55:55It definitely worked out. Yeah. So he probably knows better than I do, but I feel like – Yeah, because think about when – You're rolling the dice a lot. But they got the ball back with 325 left and all three timeouts. So, I mean, their defense played got to stop, obviously, because, you know, and they missed the field goal. But even if they hit the field goal, if you're Dan Campbell, you'll take down three, you'll take down seven with the ball, like two and a half minutes in all your timeouts. I think you'd take that all day. I think you'd take that all day versus the Packers having the ball and being like, well, our defense is out on the field and we may never get the ball back. So the Packers got the ball with four minutes, 50 seconds left.

1:56:40Yeah. Impossible to run out the clock from there. And then the Lions got it pretty quick, three minutes, 21 seconds. Yeah, but you just cannot physically run out the clock with that yardage. So, yeah, Lions. I mean, weirdly, like, both teams can walk away from this. Like, the Packers, Josh Jacobs being back obviously gave them a little boost. And they're going to get Micah Parsons back. And you also just hope that you don't have as many penalties that were ridiculous and egregious. And now you go short week panthers so you got to win that game they gotta do something about smack too smack is bad smack's an issue smack's really smack is whack those that first chip because i know the second one got blocked yeah but you shouldn't also kicker it was close but you can't you can't get it you

1:57:28can't get your kick blocked from that close right like It wasn't like the guy was right in his face. Right, and also the trajectory. It was at the line of scrimmage. The trajectory. I understand getting a blocked kick from 60 because you've got to hit a line drive. Yeah. That should never get blocked, right? Yeah, just hit it really high. Better yet, Rodrigo Blankenship, he needs a job. That's true. He's still kicking. I see him on Instagram all the time. He's drilling kicks. That's true. What's the line for the Packers-Panthers Thursday night? That's a four and a half. Wow. Huh. But also, Bryce Young as an underdog. Yeah. Like, when Bryce Young's an underdog, he's kind of a favorite. Yeah.

1:58:12I don't think it's going be cold yet too which there's got at some points like some of the cold weather teams got to be like hey we got to get some some type of home field advantage right yeah that division stacked though what the north yeah yeah it's insane every team is good so dan cable now two thirds of the way through the first ever LeFleur sweep. Something to keep an eye on. That's true. Something big time to keep an eye on. What do you say, Max? I got nothing. Oh, you look like you were pursing your lips. Nah. All right, we'll finish up Rams. I was saying LeFleur. Rams 35. Packers did get screwed, though. It pains me to say it, but there were some wild calls in that game. The announcer, Brady was even saying, he was just like, what is this?

1:58:57And I don't know what, like... Some of the rough passers looked absolutely insane. The pass interference on the interception, that was pass interference. That's the one they did get right. For sure. Amin Ra? Yeah, he grabbed him by the shoulder pads. 100%. That don't i wouldn't say is the that was a good one you can complain about there was actually a worse pass interference in the the broncos cardinals game today i missed i don't know if you saw this one it might have been was it riley moss it was uh it gets burned it was maybe the worst call that i've ever seen it was that bad like it was actually a great play here i've actually got it right here if it up, Max, if you want to pull it up, it's from Zach Kelberman.

1:59:40Yeah, that's it right there. Look, this was pass interference. That's crazy. Isn't that insane? Yeah. I don't like the idea, because we tried it before, of making pass interference completely reviewable. No, that was a disaster it yeah because it's such a subjective call you can call like any contact if you want you can say that's pass interference but i mean there this just isn't football that's just not a football call yeah uh all right rams 35 raiders 21 we can go through this one quickly the raiders didn't start playing the game until halftime and the rams the credit to rams they finally i think they're finally taking this season seriously they have no choice but to take they have no margin for error anymore yeah and

2:00:24yeah uh i guess the only thing from this is is it time for mendoza because yeah i'd agree they have the jets this week yep and i think before the season started, no disrespect, Memes. Before the season started, Memes, you're talking without the mic on. No disrespect, Memes. Well, I'm trying to look angry, but I'm not. I know you already said it doesn't matter. Yeah, I'm trying, but I'm looking angry. But this is also a it-doesn't-matter move for the Raiders. Yeah, no, they got to start Mendoza. What do you guys, who's your backup? Cade Klubnick. Yeah, no. They got to start Mendoza. What do you got? Who's your backup? Kate Klubnick. Yeah, do that. Nah. Let's get... Okay. You don't get it, big cat.

2:01:03Gino. No, yeah. Let Gino throw for like 4,000 yards. Be cool. Yeah, credit to the Rams. They ran the ball well. I feel like McVayigh did like maybe he did some soul searching it's like who are you oh yeah you run the football and that's what they did blake corman you have two really good running backs run the football at 100 yards in the first half run the football so recently mcveigh's offense they've been doing the whole three tight end thing yeah which credit to them they've won a lot of football games they've had a very good offense but at some point I feel like just this season it's kind of hit a wall where they don't have that explosive downfield threat anymore right they don't they're not getting like huge explosive plays like they used to right and so

2:01:48yeah they can like play ball control and and usually get one of the tight ends, scheme them open for something. But it's not the same offense that we've seen from the Rams. But that's like if you boil down McVay, Shanahan, like that whole coaching, LaFleur, all that offense, running the football is the thing that it's built on. The most important thing. Right. But they at least used to be explosive in the passing game. Yeah. Which they're not really so much anymore. But maybe that's what I'm saying. Like, maybe he found himself was like, oh, yeah, that is what you do. You run the football. But this doesn't just today. As an example, they ran the football really, really well. Kyron Williams, 99 yards.

2:02:26Blake Corham, 93 yards rushing. 16 carries, 17 carries for the two of them. Their longest reception of the day was 15 yards yeah like that that does seem it does stand out compared to what we normally think of well no davante too yeah davante is a big deal for sure yeah um but i don't know i feel like i trust that mcveigh will be able to figure out how to make this offense more explosive and if he doesn't have that guy on the roster get a guy on the roster that can that can stretch the field a little bit but until they do that i don't think that they're going to be dominant like like we expected them to be yeah they did dominate today the raiders the raiders are bad yep i think the first three weeks were very fun also i i don't want to i don't want to

2:03:10do it we've already we've already kind of won the – I mean, Ashen Gentry, like that's – I saw a stat that was basically identical, Trent Richardson, Ashen Gentry. No. Not good. But in terms of what? Yards per – Not weight. No, not weight. Okay, good, good. It was like yards per carry total yards total touchdowns like he did have a nice touchdown catch yes that was nice but uh yeah i'm with you had a few highlights start fernando start fernando i think it's about time yep and uh yeah just see it'll be fun for everybody yeah hank are you okay we should note that like if anybody out there is like hank quit being grumpy hank's also podcasting her today. Yes. I'm good. I'm fine. His kneecap. Everyone's banged up this time of year.

2:03:59Yeah, exactly. But hey, listen, grit. Yes. Just for the record, we do have to list you on the injury report. What happened to your kneecap? Nothing. I'm fine. Why? Did PFT just make something up? I don't know. I think he's just got nothing to talk about, so he's just trying to kick it to me. I have nothing. All right. You are injured. Hank, I saw you. My knee kind of hurts. Right now, I saw you stretch your knee out and you grimaced, so I wanted to give you credit and say your podcasting hurt. I'm good. It's also never good when you ask, and this goes for all of us in this room, whenever we ask each other for health advice Because you did turn to PFT and you're like What is this? It's like we're a bad group of health guys

2:04:41Research chemicals As a group We should never be asking each other for advice Yeah you want me to give you health advice? Me? We're out of shape, we're injured I've torn every muscle in my body well in the last 12 months all right uh roback question roback.com promo code take 20 off your first purchase q zips hoodies joggers shorts roback.com cowboys eagles, you will be in the building. Yep. What are your quick thoughts on this game on Monday Night Football? I want to be excited. Okay. Okay. You could. So what would make you excited? I like that. I know exactly what you're saying. I want to be excited. You want to feel something. Yeah saying I want to be excited you want to feel something yeah I want to feel something

2:05:36I think the defense can make me feel something the fact that Devontae Smith and Dontavion Wicks are both not playing in this game is a problem oh that's ugly yeah is Saquon back Saquon is going to play maybe Jill and Carter get into it right off the bat. It's the Cowboys. You hate the Cowboys. I know I hate the Cowboys. And if they win, the season's back on for the time being. Facts. Path to victories. Defense. Defense. Just so much defense. Saquon, like, we just find a way to get Saquon the ball. Like, he has, like, 80 yards receiving. This is something to be excited about. You know that you have to, you're underdogs in your own house, and you have to muck this thing up. Yeah, yeah. That's exciting.

2:06:29That's how you can win this game. You got to get dirty. Like, in the middle of, like, a swamp. Right. Like how you can win this game. You got to get dirty. Like in the middle of a swamp. Right. Like you're fly fishing in a swamp. So last year, remember, you would get mad at us because you were like, the Eagles games are brutal to watch. You're like, I don't care, they're winning. Because you knew deep down it's like, this offense should be better. It's a brutal watch. Now it's like, you might not even try to have an offense no just defense it the uglier the better make them play your game the uglier the better yeah yeah yeah which is kind of exciting like no one's gonna say oh this eagles offense is so bad it's

2:07:07like yeah you know like there's you got everyone on offense. You're starting to back up quarterback. Everyone expects it to suck. Just get out there and suck even more and then play great defense. Max, you know, as well as anybody, how much joy Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Cowboys, primetime implosions give America. Yeah. If Dak were like four picks, that would be right. Yeah. How awesome are those games when things go sideways for the Cowboys and you're thinking to yourself they're going to blow the entire team up. Yeah. Like Jerry's going to come down on the side and he's physically going to stab Schottenheimer in the back like Monica Sellis. Like those are the games that America loves. Jerry's going to have a

2:07:51fucking full-blown meltdown. I can't wait for Jerry's radio hit that he does this week. I want it to be that kind of game. I want Troy Aikman to get embarrassed in the booth of his name ever being associated with the Dallas Cowboys. I want Joe Buck to be dancing around Troy's career. You're doing a good job right now. This is what's on the line for us tonight. Max, you need to win this game 13-10, and I want no more than 72 passing yards from Tanner. That's how ugly I want it. You're going to have to get a pick six, and then two solid, like... No, Shaquan has to break one. It's going to be like 12 runs of like two... Yeah, yeah. That'll be a field goal drive. Shaquan's got to break one for an awesome long field goal drive.

2:08:43Shaquan's going to break a 40-yarder, and you're still going to have to kick like a 57-yard field goal. You got this. I don't love that Sirianni potentially said that they might just shut devon you guys are kind of just not even quiet quitting just loudly quitting if you should they're thinking about taking devante smith out for the year for a hamstring he played last week on the hamstring and this week nick sirianni was like yeah i may just shut him down that's the thing about the eagles they do always to their what does that mean they know when to give up on the season yeah they do even though this is a year when they could still win that division um the eagles are always like we don't want to win this is a year even though we could

2:09:24conceivably be nfc's champions it's frankly beneath us to win this division. So let's cut our losses. Hank, Eagles? No. Under. Yeah. That's as good as Eagles. Under is Eagles. Alternate under 22. What about Cole Payton? I've kind of talked myself into wanting to see what Cole Payton looks like. Not Bazooka Joe? I mean, I already know that I love Joe Milton. I might also love Cole Payton looks like. Not Bazooka Joe? I mean, I already know that I love Joe Milton. I might also love Cole Payton. I don't know. Cole Payton, they say, from what they say, is just Taysom Hill. Okay. Yeah. That's fun. That actually would work in a game like this. Yeah. That's a good point. Essentially the perfect player to win this game.

2:10:10That's the problem with Tanner McKee right now is that he has zero mobility, and this offensive line stinks. Okay, so let's get Cole Payton in there. Cole Payton could move around a little bit. Let's get him in there. Just run through somebody's face. Yeah. That defense is soft, Max. The Cowboys' defense is soft. Let's muck it up. Let's get fucking— Let's muck gross. I want to see Zach Bond getting into a fist fight with George Pickens. I love Zach Vaughn. This is good, Max. I wanted to be so bad that actually up in the booth, it does come to blows between Joe and Troy. Joe would fuck. Yeah, let's muck it up. Joe would fuck Troy. When I read that news, I was like, it almost came to blows. Joe Buck almost kicked

2:10:50Troy's ass. Damn. Joe would mess him up bad. We all agree, right? Just a scrapper. Yeah. All right. Let's do who's back in the week and send everyone on their way. Who's back in the week. It's football season and we've never been more ready for game day. We're bringing twisted tea along for the ride all season long. Twisted tea is a refreshing hard iced tea made with real brewed tea and five percent alcohol the twisted tea party pack has a little something for everyone with original half and half raspberry and peach whether you're tailgating at the stadium crushing teas in your man cave or grilling out with friends twisted tea is there to turn your day up a notch and make a good time a great time twisted tea is the absolute best grab a refreshing twisting tea refreshing twisted tea

2:11:34today keep it twisted with twisted tea henry uh my who's back of the week sports equinox yeah today monday yeah clocks i hope you set your clocks yeah daylight savings time is gone Sports Equinox is back today For major sports So get excited It's exciting We're a sports podcast Didn't we have Oh major sports Gotta gotta gotta For major sports Nevermind nevermind Yeah I was gonna say Saturday There was football But it's college football We'll be releasing a pick on every game Yeah Okay Love that Yeah get back in the lab Yeah What about a special sports hungry Equinox? Maybe. Should we talk about the World Series real quick? Yeah. Well, my other one was going to be just the state of Wisconsin.

2:12:22Yeah, well, the Packers lost. True. I was going to say, between that the widespread panic shows. Badgers. Badgers. And the Brewers. Stinking. Great weekend Brewers. Stinking. Great weekend for Wisconsin. Lincoln Riley. Stinking Riley. See you. See you, Stinking Riley. Can you find the Coward clip? My favorite. Oh, you're all in big trouble. Now that Lincoln Riley's here with the West Coast and L.A. I love that. Coward's show is strictly based on vibes. He's like Southern California. He's young. Points. Lincoln. He's young. And it's California. Movies. That was just Trump. Yeah. Saturday night, though. Yeah. I mean, here we go. I love this video. I'm mad at myself for not tweeting it out after the Badgers just manhandled.

2:13:20Here we go. Some of you guys are going to owe Lincoln Riley an apology. I don't know if these Big Ten teams can handle coming out west the sunshine, the distractions of LA. Probably not. Look at the halftime score on a Cosm. Or in a commercial. Whatever. I don't hold grudges. Apologies accepted. Probably not. They scored seven points. Badgers. Terrible. You know what? Max, Badgers won. I think Colton Joseph had 52 yards passing. Muck. Yeah, we mucked it. We got muck banged. But yeah, the Brewers, the Brewers are the best team in baseball. They are, it's crazy to watch them. They just never flinch. They went down 4-0 in game two. And you're like, ah, whatever. They'll just score their runs late in the game like they always do.

2:14:21Sal Freelick, absolute bomb. They force teams to make mistakes. They force teams to panic. We had the worst. That was one of the worst sends of all times. Max, did you see that send of liam hicks that preposterous like it was so short like the ball was even it was just like an average throw he just like kind of routinely threw it home and liam hicks is slow but that's what the brewers do they're so good they make that. They make you press to a point that like, you're going to try to make mistakes. They, the Rays did it on a Friday night as well. They had, it was, I think it was Diaz was up guy on second one hour, two outs. Miz is still pitching. Miz and Contreras as a pitcher-catcher combo have given up

2:15:14three stolen bases all year. And they try to steal third base with one of your best bats up. Your third out, it's literally what you're taught and literally don't make the first or third out at third base. And that's what they do. They make you, like, they force you to get out of your comfort zone and press to a point that you make mistakes. That was so bad. That was so dumb. It's the only thing that can happen. Let your best players go win you the game. Why are you going to force a situation that doesn't even fucking help you? Diaz can bring him in from second. Why do you need him on third? The only thing you're trying to do is be like, oh, well, if there's a wild pitch. Okay. Whatever. But it's like.

2:15:56Yeah, it makes no sense. Mizorowski's on the mound. Like, Mizorowski. Yeah. No. Contreras has an absolute cannon. He throws everyone out. And so that's been the story through, like, the first two games is that I don't even think the Brewers have played, like, perfect baseball. They haven't. You know, like, Miz wasn't super, super sharp. And then logan henderson wasn't suit he gave up you know four runs in front but it doesn't matter because they just keep on like pushing you pushing you pushing you they they are never out of it and they also have that rare like championship quality that i don't know if this is statistically can be proven, but just from vibes, if you score on the brewers, they always score that half inning.

2:16:39Like they just always answer. It doesn't have to be like the, the, the race come out and score four runs in the top of the first brew score, two runs right after, like they always answer, which is such a, a championship quality of a team where it's like, you feel like you had a beginning and then they immediately suck it out like suck the air out of your momentum what do you guys think of the yandy diaz check swing because they're gonna a couple things a couple things happen with it one i think to me they made the right call that he went and that that he's out what you're saying agreed yeah right and so when so when you see the side angle, when you see the above angle, it does look like, yes, that's a swing.

2:17:18Good call. Strike three. See ya. And then they show what it would have looked like under the instant replay system that they've tested out in the minor leagues. And the replay system they have for check swings does not look like what I've ever thought a check swing is. Agreed. Agreed. What is the new line? That's a full swing. I thought somebody was fucking with me. Yeah, that's a full swing. Has the swing, was it ever written in baseball that if it's parallel with home plate, then that counts as a swing? Because that's what I had always thought. Well, and also wrists. Like if you break your wrists. I always thought it was past the plate. Yeah, parallel with the plate. That's what I thought the rule was.

2:17:59And apparently that's just not the rule anymore. If they ever bring this system to Major League Baseball. Like everything's a check swing. I get why. They changed it. If this is it, I get why they changed it. I'm just pissed that it seems like they're trying to make it feel like it's always been this way when it hasn't been this way. That's not even close. Pitchers are better now, and you have to kind of start your swing no matter what. So I get why they're trying to, you know, the game is very much pitcher-friendly, pitcher-friendly, so they're trying to make things a little bit more hitter-friendly. But don't try and gaslight us into being like this is always what what it's been that's a that's that's a three quarters of a swing yes yeah that makes no sense

2:18:42which yeah maybe they did tell us and we missed it i don't know because i'm with you max like if you explain we've had to change the rule a little bit Here's why Get ready for it because we're going to give a little bit more grace To a check swing Sure but I haven't heard that I'm on your side I kind of don't It'd be nice if I don't know how they're going to do it I mean it's going to happen next year They're going to do ABS for check swings 100% I wonder if it will be like you have to check or if they just automatically check. I also don't love Gandy Diaz's eye black situation, this guy. He just draws all over his face. It's weird. Yeah. It's like inverted eye black. It's like the only place that doesn't have eye black

2:19:28is the place where you usually would. Yeah. I do think it's still going to be a series. I think the Brewers are going to win the World Series, but I think that the Rays are going to win game three. I think Brewers win five. Yeah, I mean, they've only lost one game. But, I mean, Freddy Peralta is – that's a bonus to be able to – he's their second-best pitcher. I think they held him back – well, he pitched game six of the ALCScs but i think they also kind of didn't want to play him in milwaukee they didn't want to pitch him in milwaukee because of like just trops got to show up like they did trops got to show up trops got to show up who are the brewers pitching because that's the one thing the

2:20:06the the the rays probably have better starting pitching the brewers bullpen is incredible yeah and and been incredible and the the rays bullpen is Baker at the end but soft in the middle they've been behind in nine out of ten games gassers and they've won eight yeah they just always answer it's it's it's I listen I'm happy I stopped fighting it like two weeks ago it They're just the best team in baseball. And they have that vibe to them. Like Sal Freelick, he almost hit another one, too. That one he hit to the warning track. But Sal Freelick, they just have guys that will show up. And all of them are kind of dogs. Max, you went viral on baseball Twitter. Yeah. Max is right, by the way. Yeah, he is.

2:20:54I didn't even say anything. Monday or Friday night. You didn't even have a take. I had no take. People got so mad. I hand up. I turned off the game because I thought the game was over because they hit the fireworks and I was watching a football game, I think. And then I look back like 10 minutes later i pulled i pulled open twitter i was like wait it was three two yeah uh crazy i don't like that they have this type of replay because like you said max everyone basically the entire history of baseball everyone has been safe no one has been out you mean like the way that the game has been played if you went back and reviewed it on its replays? Yes, yes. There's never been an out. My only qualm with Max's take, which was,

2:21:38if you were to grab replays from any game between 2000 to 2015, you would see middle infielders touch second base maybe 40% of the time on a double play. You were literally taught not to. Max is only wrong because that's kind of like when he's been around baseball. Correct. That's why. A hundred years before that, I would say like 1910 to 2015, it would be in the neighborhood, do a ghost tag on second base because otherwise you're going to get spiked in the knee. I feel like the 1910s, they were probably like stretching at second base to try and get the out there and like didn't even know that you could turn to. Have you ever heard of Tinker's to Everett's Chance, Max? Yeah, who turned the first

2:22:15double play? The greatest double play? No. Also, Max, you should have also put like a... There should have been a community note being like, Max also rooted for Chase Utley, so that's partially why guys should be trying to get out of the way. Chase Utley will. Shadow tags. I don't even think it's about that. It's about getting your momentum towards first base. Yeah. guys should be trying to get out of the way. Chase Utley will. Shadow Tags. I don't even think it's about that. It's about getting your momentum towards first base. Yeah, yeah. It was stupid. I mean, it is about that. No, it's about watching out. But in the spirit of the game, he's out. But I don't really care. I was just saying.

2:22:48There's a couple of things that we're not meant to see stuff in super high definition. Once you can see things too well, there's a lot of ugly shit that you weren't supposed to look at like when you slide in a second base and let's say you're stealing second the throw comes in there's going to be a millisecond where after you hit second base as your body's going into the bag you come off the base for like half of a blink of an eye and if the glove's still on you i guess legally you're out but you're not out i agree with that too whatever it didn't cost the game yeah this has just been us yelling about stuff that we can't control yeah correct exactly but it feels good to do that it does like it's therapeutic that's how guys the guys don't

2:23:29go to therapy they just yell about umpires and check swings. Yeah. I am heated about the check swing. Yeah, I didn't realize when you pulled that up, like, that's crazy. That's just a swing. Yeah. That's a full swing. Yeah, you can check your swing on every swing. Some team is going to probably the raise. I'm going to be like, hey, with these new changes to the check swing rule, we're just going to do check swings at bat, every plate appearance. We'll never actually swing, but we will get some hits that end up being fair balls. I mean, with the way guys pitch now, you do have to start your swing on every pitch. Yeah, man, I was pitching 104. Like, that's the other thing. It's like you're supposed to go up there, yes, yes, yes, yes, no, yes, yes, yes, yes, no.

2:24:10Like, in your head, you're thinking swing and you're starting your swing on every pitch and then you just hold back. I got like three notifications within about 15 minutes. Like, Mizrowski kept throwing the fastest pitch ever thrown in a World Series game. Yeah, whatever. He's just the alien. Yeah. Wedge whatever, yeah. It's just like that means that means nothing that that it's not exciting that mizorowski breaks another i disagree like velocity you know what's gonna happen i think it's pretty cool i think it's 104 that's pretty awesome i get it but it's not like it's holy shit you know it is no it's literally holy shit that guy you, but it's not like it's holy shit. You know, it is. No, it's literally holy shit.

2:24:54But you expect it. It's not like I think it's it's not cool. I'm not impressed in the first inning when he was. I know he hasn't been going deep into games, but like in the fifth inning on Friday night, I think he knew Pat Murphy was going to take him out and he had his last batter and he's like, I'm fucking just unloading. And that was kind of cool where he's like 70 pitches in he's like i'm gonna throw it 140 miles an hour i'm impressed by that i'm excited doing it all year it's not like something you've never seen before i'm excited for game three how many balls are gonna hit the roof yeah can we bet on that which ring roof balls a b or c a ring or d Which ring? Roof balls? A, B, or C? A ring. Or D?

2:25:34The O ring. Oh, no. Shout out, Hank. Hank Challenger. All right, PFT, you're who's back. Good, good world. See, it's been, I mean, those were two very exciting, I'll say this, the Brewers have been dominating everyone, but they have been playing exciting games because they just go down and then they come back. For sure. Yeah. My who's back of the week is the NBA Cup. NBA Cup this Friday. I'm excited. The courts are going to be different colored. Qualifiers. That's about it. Yeah. What do you mean? It's group stage. Yeah. NBA Cup group stage starts Friday, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. It's not the actual cup, though. It's just the... No, it's the group stage of the cup. It's like the World Cup.

2:26:13You have to advance out of your group. Some people are in the group of death. Big Cat. Mm-hmm. Some people are in the group of life. Max. Easy stuff. Fuck yeah. I think it's the Bulls and Celtics and the Wizards in the same group this year. Yeah. I got the Bulls Friday. Group of death. Yeah. Group of death. So, yeah. NBA Cup. If you win the NBA Cup, you get to the NBA Finals. Mm-, we got the Bulls Friday. Yeah, group of death. So yeah, NBA Cup. If you win the NBA Cup, you get to the NBA Finals. That's how it works every year. Only one team's been able to win it. Both. Memes, are the Knicks okay? Eh, McHale's still drunk. Okay. That's it. Once McHale is back, we'll be good. We lost to the Kings last year. Okay. It's it. Once Mikael is back, we'll be good. We lost to the Kings last year.

2:26:55Okay. It's a regular season. How winless do you have to go before you start to feel a little panicked? I think 10. 0-10 at that point. 0-10, it's like, all right, something's going on. But 0-9, you're good. Yeah, 0-9, I'm chilling. Okay. Mikael's just – that was the formula last year. But 0-9, you're good. Yeah, 0-9, I'm chilling. Okay. McHale's just – that was the formula last year. McHale plays bad, you lose. McHale plays good, you win. A sixers three and 0-max? Nah, I lost today. No bigs there. All the bigs were hurt. Got it. Okay, so you're 2-1? So, pretty good record. Yeah. Played a lot of good teams. Yeah. 2-1 at this point, that's basically all you can ask for no one's biting on you wanted you want to bring up the wizards no no okay all right

2:27:43definitely not what's the wizards record i don't know maybe maxine check check that for me maybe i was sitting i was sitting so far away. I didn't get to see if they won or not. Are we just going to do this every time? No. I didn't bring it up. You beat the Bulls and the Bucks? Bulls are bad, man. Gil Wilson's good, though. Wow, top eight seed. Nice. What's your record, PFT? You're two and one. It says we're two and one. Oh, there you go. See, that's a great record. All right, who's back in the week is live golf oh god hank yeah i don't this is like i had way too much way too much me i don't want to like i haven't wanted to say anything on this show i just want that for the record yeah uh the list

2:28:31of domains live owns has been released. This is common business practice. So here's a couple of them. These are domains that Liv Golf has purchased. Well, this is all the bankruptcy court filings got released. There was a bunch of stuff, a bunch of the payouts. Honestly, the payouts, it seems like they were not making what they said they were making. Yeah, I'd agree with that. They were all like $200 million, $100 million. It's like they got paid like $5 million, $10 million. Like, I don't know where the rest of that money is. But there was a ton of documents and shit that came out from these bankruptcy filings. One of them being the domains. So some of the domains they purchased were fucklivegolf, fucklivegolfleague.com, fucklivegolfleague.org, terroristgolfleague.org, terroristgolf.com, terroristgolfleague.com.

2:29:30Some good stuff in here fuck live golf league.com and then it's like written out fuck live golf invitational.org golf corruption.com golf fraud.com i hate live golf.com golf money grab.com golf greed.. Fuck live golf invitational dot com. Is there a live golf invitational? I don't think so. Golffrauds dot com is very funny. How do you think they came up with this list? I don't know. It's very, very funny. Do they pay a lawyer? Fraudulentgolf dot com. Evil live golf. That's so good. Is this like they just locked themselves in a room And they just Put themselves in the mind of a troll What is Kleeks Golf Club Dude that's one of the teams Come on Max you knew that Are you fucking serious I mean there are no range goats but

2:30:28It's the British folk Lee Westwood The crushers Alright But this is common business practice Rangegoats, but they're pretty good. It's the British folk. Lee Westwood. The Crushers. Oh, fuck. I think. All right. But this is common business practice. Yeah, common business practice. It is. Yeah. No, no. Do we own, fuck, Barstool Sports? I guarantee Barstool has a ton of domains. We probably do. You're probably right about that. But it is still funny. Can you agree with that? Yeah. Oh, the list is hilarious. Yeah's that's just good for golf fraud oh man all right good show boys we got a lot of good college football to talk about on wednesday a lot of good college there was it's basically every week in the college football is just pick a league.

2:31:14That's, that's the week the league's going to like their demise this week. It was the big 12. Yeah. Big 12. Tough, tough day. But there were like, there were companion games this week, which is great. Cause it's like, we got to watch the Indiana Michigan game twice. Yeah. With the Iowa Minnesota game. Yeah. And then we got to watch Tennessee, South Carolina twice because BYU UCF was pretty much thenesota game. Yeah. And then we got to watch Tennessee-South Carolina twice because BYU-UCF was pretty much the same game. I have also a take I'm going to unveil on Wednesday that's not going to be... I'm starting to come around on 24, and I don't like it. You're going to have to talk me off the ledge.

2:31:50It's not good. I know, but I'm starting to come around. Sellout cat. Listen. Win one game against USC and it's like, ooh. No, no, no. That's actually not why. That's not why at all. It was actually watching Ole Miss Texas. And if Ole Miss loses another game, I want to see Trinidad and Chambliss play in the playoffs. That was my thought. Like, he's awesome to watch. He's so much fun. Sometimes good players. And it's like that's that was the the game wisconsin does i mean we would get fucking murdered we run a game with 52 passing yards sometimes good players don't make the playoffs and it's not all not all wins and losses are on the quarterback listen i agree but i just think part of life that i gotta get out of

2:32:27my head i'll get out of my head by wednesday but watching trinidad chambliss and watching old miss lose and then being like, you know what? I feel like Ole Miss could be ranked outside the top 12, but also remember what happened last year. They caught fire. They could beat anyone like that is fun. I'll get it out of my head. What's this, Max? What did you pull up? The Daily Challenge? No, we were just talking about domains. Oh, yeah. Yeah, no, I did also purchase. Not that Barstool. I mean, Shane purchased fuckglentapewatch.com, fuckhestillrunning.com. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You should get used to and like the 2014 playoff because I think they're already talking about expanding it. Hestillrunningfraud.com.

2:33:08Hank, I want to give you credit. You said before we were going to tape the show that you were going to be in a bad mood. You delivered. A million percent. Hank, not a liar. I think Glenn will probably have something. Oh, he already did his rapid reaction. That was last week. That was last Friday. Because he always does one on a Friday.

2:35:21Yeah, right. It's honestly like an amazing turnaround that he did that after the game. It was incredible. Right. Pretty incredible tape. But he's just a fucking machine. Hit us one more.
