Why did Brandon Boudreaux finally agree to talk to Dateline about Lori Vallow?

Dateline producer Shane Bishop first met Brandon Boudreaux on his parents' porch in early 2020 and kept asking him for an interview for about six and a half years. Boudreaux said yes once the criminal trials appeared to be over and after he wrote a book, Unthinkable, which he sent to Bishop a few months before the report.
