What does Leah of The Leah Files say Flock cameras are really used for?

Citing audit logs gathered through FOIA by the Have I Been Flocked project, Leah told Shawn Ryan that about 4.7 million plates were searched and only 9% of searches were for crime. She says 84.2% had no case number and 66.3 million had no reason recorded. She warns that the Flock Nova add-on can link a plate to personal records, and she wants the cameras gone rather than regulated.
