Why does Jimmy Carr think Elon Musk will find religion soon?

Jimmy Carr told Joe Rogan he expects Elon Musk to find religion within 12 months. His reasoning is an old idea that four things keep people from God: fame, fortune, power and pleasure. Carr says Musk has won all four and will get bored. Rogan replied that Musk might instead create God through AI, and Carr agreed with Hegel and Nietzsche that people created a God in their own image.

Carr said Musk once told him nobody would want to be him, because his brain never stops moving.
Carr described AI as all-powerful, all-knowing, able to make miracles and living in a cloud, so it sounds like God.
